The Corn Hall
Lovely venue for a pleasant evening listening to live folk music with Jackie Oats. Very accomplished musicians. Good supportive seats for my aching back. Seating area was cordoned off to provide a small venue with lovely atmosphere.

What a lovely theatre! It's in a great location in a beautiful town.The theatre has a capacity of 300 people. The show that I went for wasnt full to capacity, but the seating was great to offer unobstrcted views. the acoustics are great as well.The theatre seems to run with volunteer help and support. The people helping on the day I visited were really lovely and warm.The place also has a superb cafe and bar. I had some delicious cake with my son. They also serve beers on the tap and stronger alcohols. Definitely recommend.

Martin Simpson evening fabulous guy lots of talent and lovely story telling guitar playing fingerstyle was wonderful ! The corn hall experience is so nice for an evening out bar, cafe staff all made a perfect evening , my wife and I are so looking forward to our next evening out

We came for the 'now that's what we call drag night' and what an experience that was. We haven't been to the Corn Hall for a while, so it was a lovely experience to return. Staff were friendly and helpful, we had a fabulous time. There isn't parking on site but there are plenty of accessible car parks nearby. All in all a fab experience.

The show was phenomenal but sadly the volunteers that staff the event were rude and obnoxious. I watched a drag pride show and was misgendered by the staff: 'sir' when getting a drink and because I was wearing pink glitter I was told I'm a brave man".... My partner was also told they can't enter the men's bathroom... Volunteer or not - don't accept people to represent your venue without them having manners let alone customer service training!"

Highly recommend Afternoon tea" at the Cornhall's cafe. Tasty sandwiches followed by yummy cakes
