it was very good and they were gentle. The guy doing my nails didnt talk much but thats okay.

This nail place were so gutted and unprofessional. The way they talk to customer very rude i went to do baby ombre & pedicure, guess what as you see OK n the pic the man who made my nail was unprofessional all the nails are not straight so side was keep telling him as simple as baby ombre and pedicure cost me £63:00 so i have to come back today and.the manger called so rude too this is what i ended up.my pedicure all the colour aint quality came of and asked to redo it but i doubt the nail colour is not as quality may be it has been ages kept there i can tell ya have a look the colour looks. I suspect all the colour have been displayed are expired. I now going to different salon to.redo it even thought they cant refund me.so gutted about the arrogant communication. I am not coming back this place again.

1st time using this salon I've not previously used any in Colchester. Was early for my booked about was seen as soon as arrived. I showed the technician a picture of what I wanted which he did. They look brilliant. Listened to what length I wanted and asked what shape I wanted as well. Will definitely return thankyou so much :)

I got my nails done today and the lady was super rude, she literally was hurting me so bad. when she was filing my nails she was just rough and hurting my fingers. I ask for almond and she did stiletto. Now i have these long pointy nails that looks absolutely rubbish.I absolutely hated it!!!

I messaged on fb to book an appointment and got one for the same day. My nails were done exactly how I asked for them to be done. Pink and white ombre with glitter and diamonds. It was £36 and normal polish on toes was £10. Was in there for an hour which is quicker than a lot of places I've been to. Very helpful polite staff will definitely go here again!

Lady was quick and efficient doing my nails and toes. Exactly what I asked. Prices decent. Felt a little unfriendly however

First time I got a pedi so I honestly don’t have anything to compare with, but it was a very decent experience. I don’t care much for the massage chair and when I called them about an appointment (before walking in) I knew there’s be no English but communication wasn’t difficult either way. Might swing by for a proper mani some time
