#BrownPandaLikesDelicious Cokney classic Pie and Mash place. Pies served pipping hot with traditional style mash, so without any milk or butter. Served with liquor (parsley sauce) or gravy. I had to try both and they're both fabulous. Go for the liquor if you want a traditional London experience, or gravy if you prefer a saltier taste. You can add vinegar (or chilli vinegar) if you like.They also sell Jellied Eels, if it's something you like.And to finish, they have their homemade Apple Crumble that you can have with warm custard or cold ice-cream, as I couldn't settle for one, I had both of them.A must try!

Funny things is was looking for something else and stumble on this shop pop in and order 2 pie and mash with liquor which was delicious. It been quite some time since I have had this meal and if in the area again will pop in.

Nearly ordered a delivery yesterday but wanted to come in person. Well worth it. Meat in the pies is fresh and very tasty, the mash is tasty and thick, good liquor. Warm clean seating area and polite staff with a smile. Next time I’m down I’ll be stopping by.

Best pie and mash in London. Great value, lovely clean dine in space, fabulous friendly staff. Apple crumble and custard is to die for!!!!

Traditional long established east end pie and mash shop. Eat in or take away at really good prices. With tiled walls and bench seating it feels like travelling in time to a bygone age. Staff were friendly and the pies, mash and liquor are as pukka and tasty as you can get.

A very traditional Pie and Mash shop, deep in the middle of east London. I have never been a fan of liquor sauce, so I went with the normal beef gravy. Very nice and well cooked pies! The apple crumble and custard was delicious too.

Real traditional English food, mince pies and mash! Tried for the first time today and really good!! They have also vegan options. The tattoed blonde lady that served us was so nice and super kind and smiley, I didn't know what some things were and she took the time to explain and was very patient! The staff in general is really kind, there's a very nice atmosphere. The place is clean and tidy (also the toilette very clean I was very pleased!). Also the prices were awesome, so convenient! This place deserves a lot of visits, You ABSOLUTELY have to try this, super super reccomended!
