I hired Steph at Upsurge to do a rebrand for me on my ceramics business. After an initial Zoom call to work out my brand essence and what I was after, Steph seemed to just 'get me' from the first call. The work she produced was like she knew my business better than I did. In the concepts she gave me back exactly what I briefed, and also a few concepts that pushed me further and were a bit more adventurous and had more personality. I eventually went with one of these concepts, despite loving a few of them. She was quick to respond and complete the work, took in my amends and improved my requests. Steph is more than a graphic designer but a true branding agency, from developing my purpose, copywriting my taglines and customer facing communications, to the design elements, she will now be my go-to.

Upsurge Studio were great to work with. I wanted a new logo for my business and right from the first contact it has been brilliant, easy and professional. Everything has been punctual and communicated well, and Stephanie has worked really hard on the brief, giving me lots of options and amending things as required. And the results are great.
