You’re a small hire company, the Warrington branch is probably cable of holding two cars at any given time. I doubt you had trouble finding who I was until I gave the registration. I wanted a bigger vehicle? That’s news to me. As I had a larger vehicle when I first hired with you and I wanted to swap it for a smaller vehicle so how does that work? An apparently you offered a larger vehicle and my company wasn’t prepared to pay extra for it? Just stop lying. The booking was booked by myself on the Nexus portal and doesn’t require any authorisation by my company, no alternate vehicle was offered until I off hired.Don’t waste you’re time with this company, I’d stick to the more established and larger hirer companies.

Excellent service ​received from start to end by Munaf & staff at Imperial Leicester. I reserved a 9 seater van in automatic transmission. Upon arriving the vehicle was clean and the rental process was explained clearly. The return was also seamless, with no games being played. Overall the staff were honest and friendly and I would not hesitate to use / recommend them again.

Ordered a transit van on a Saturday and amazingly they had one in stock! Staff were friendly and efficient. Computer site was slower to pass order on to the wigston site but rang direct and staff sorted it straight away, within hour was driving van. Van was great, and economical to run.
