I went in today after work and was approached by Anna who has offered to help me with finding appropriate skincare for my dry and sensitive skin. Working in retail myself, I know how important positive customer interaction is and I cannot rave enough about Anna's kind, patient and knowledgable approach.I will most certainly be back to shop at Rituals, and more specifically with Anna. Came in with my 11 year old son. He bought a shower gel for under £3 and was treated like a king. He was even given some free samples. The lady showed him some other products at let him try it out at the sink. He is over the moon so thank you

Had a visit to this Shop for the first time today and it won't be the last. Staff are so friendly and go out their way to help you. Got a couple of extra goodies too. Can't wait to open the Advent Calander my husband purchased for me. Well worth a visit.

Came here along with my partner today, she spoke so highly of the amazing products, their scents and smells. I absolutely fell in love with the venue and so many of their products, I couldn't leave without buying some and I signed up to be a member. Will be swiftly visiting to buy more things when I get paid.Large thank you to Lin and Kamila who helped us both today, the two of them are so friendly, lovely and Rituals is lucky to have them.
