Had a really excellent experience when Able Group sent an engineer to clear a deeply plugged drain from two downstairs sinks. The engineer systematically began checking all the potential causes, until he found where the blockage was - then cleared it with a minimum of fuss. He left the workspace clean and tidy, and was a consummate professional.Rang the Able Group to book the job at 5pm on Thursday, and it was done by 1pm on the Friday. Couldn't be happier.

Used for treatment of a wasps nest. The service provided was minimal and there are hidden terms and conditions designed to catch you out.No attempts were made to locate the nest or check for multiple nests. They do not offer any guarantees that the treatment will be successful or offer any follow up checks as part of the price. Given the price paid, it is reasonable to expect a much higher standard of service.

Able Group
Recently used them for pest control offered nothing they state on their website. Didn't look at where they could be getting in or block any gaps I have ended up doing this myself. Basically laid posion and then came back and did it again, we still have problems with rats and they have not help solve the problem. I have tried contacting them via phone sit there on hold for ages. I have emailed them and still not had a responce.

I had water leakage in kitchen ceiling. I rang and spoke to lovely lady called Tracey and she listened to my problem and called the appropriate plumber with 2 hours. Steve came and fixed the issue in no time. Very happy with service. Excellent company.
