Nuneaton Bowl

I would very.much recommend Nuneaton Bowl. Staff were lovely, and fun, there's a good atmosphere and good music. The equipment and areas were clean and in good condition. Only issue was (as I have read elsewhere in reviews) the music was too loud - I would say at a level of decibels that would be likely to cause hearing damage over time, which could also impact staff. I couldn't hear what the kids were saying and I really had to shout. If music volume was lower, I would give 5 stars: food was brought quickly and staff made an obvious effort to ensure noone waited in queues Apart from loudness, it was a great night out and I will certainly choose it again. But I will wear ear plugs, I still have a ringing in my ears.

Had such a good visit to Nuneaton Bowl with my friends this weekend, staff are very friendly- in particular Kavita who served us during our visit and was really helpful, approachable and friendly. She very quickly helped solve an issue at the arcade and had great customer service. The food was nice and the bartenders made great cocktails. The bowling session itself was very enjoyable and we all had a great time- definitely will be making another visit. Thank you Nuneaton Bowl!P.S. I would suggest booking in advance, however, as it does get busy at weekends!

Came here the other day, service was amazing, I believe her name was Ellie and she was the highlight of the experience, would could again!

I booked this for my birthday with my family. However I was poorly and never went. My family enjoyed themselves and had money to go arcade. The drinks were pricey.

Our go to place for bowling!!! I cannot recommend Leighton enough for a cheeky pay rise. He’s such a lovely lad and every time we come he goes above and beyond his job description with value add activities that truly make the difference. He’s one of a kind and deserves some recognition!!

Some of the staff were not customer friendly. This was very disappointing, as I was looking forward to booking all 2023 birthday parties from my household there. I also know so many people and this has put me off recommending the place. We visited on the 16th of September 2023. The Dj especially was very ignorant- he literally ignored me when I was talking to him, whilst I stood right in front of him. I wanted to request a song for my friend- I found his attitude very unnecessary. Maybe he is used to female patrons disturbing him??? I genuinely just wanted the song for my friend, to make her night as we were celebrating her. I don’t want to entertain the thought that it was because I am of African decent- which many would assume. Anyway, When we were leaving, we were literally kicked out. One attendant stood there telling us repeatedly to leave, we explained that we were waiting for a taxi and it was too chilly to stand outside . Mind you, we are all mature women so we understood that they wanted us off the premises . This was very patronising. Another issue, when our final game was halfway done, everything was switched off ,mid-play and without warning as it was closing time. I wish they were polite enough to notify us instead of just turning the screens off and leaving us astonished. Coming from a customer service background , I found the experience heartbreaking and disappointing. Please do better. Maybe the staff were exhausted and run down but still, a little politeness, kindness and patience go a long way.

We had bday party Celebrations over the weekend. Busy place like always.Guests and I were asked to arrive 15min before the party started.Got there greeted by a lovely member of staff ,paid, selected times for food and been sent to the bar to take cake and plates with me.At the bar asked about drinks and how things work.Then got to the lanes and we waited for another 15 minutes for lanes to be open . Imagine how bunch of 6 years we're bored .Had to go and remains staff to open lanes as was after 2pm.Then I had to go and ask staff twice for any squash, then they brought slashies ..... nevermind.Then 3 o clock pizzas ment to come .Another two trips later and 15 minutes delay pizza come hurray !Then I was waiting at a not so busy bar with only 1 customer ahead to be sorted with cake and such .Asked if it's ok to bring cake over in 5 minutes .....Arrived more then 10 minutes later .The kids were quite not patient any more.Also thanks goodness I got plates and napkins,candles, lighter with me as nothing was given for pizzas or cake.Statement from the web about sitting back and relaxing while we were taking care of everything was far from the truth. It was quite annoying actually and a bit embarrassing for me.Of course at the end I had to remind about free game for the bday child felt I was begging for it.Nevertheless bowling it's so fun.

Clean enough considering the foot traffic. It was quite busy. Fun little arcade for the kids to play in but the proces here are quite high and not sustainable for a family. Best options are to go during their special offers times and days otherwise you'll bankrupt yourself.

It's a really nice bowling center with arcades and a bar. The lanes are not professional as lack oil and the pins are set with string but a great bit of fun and can still bowl well also has a live DJ at the weekend, cool lighting and really nice booths on each lane..Prices are also fair..
