Came all the way to purchase the moisture surge spf 25 sheer hyrdator. No customer assistant visible at the Clinque area. I was standing waiting about at 1.45pm on a busy Saturday. Couldn't even find any staff other than the 2 at the main tills with the long queue going around the shop. Only came to purchase it as my friend recommended it. Unfortunately I left empty handed.

The store was fairly busy with shoppers, early afternoon. A short wait in the queue for self- service checkouts which seems to be the norm. The shelves were well stocked and the shop floor was fairly tidy.

Constantly followed around despite literally growing up this area. Undercover security staring, guards suddenly appearing to adjust women’s legs shavers (??) beside me. And manager does nothing of course

Just been down yesterday to buy from clarins but now there is no staffing. Lucky for me Julie from Lancome came to help. She went above and beyond her role to help me. We couldn’t find the products so ended up buying something she recommended from lancome. Honestly need more colleagues like her

Today, when we went to the store, while we were looking at the shelves, the security stopped us and said that we stole the product we bought from another store and asked us for a receipt and we showed it to him, but he did not believe us and slandered us. My brother's psychology is broken because of this. He cries all the time and cannot go out in public and we complain.

(this review is about the COVID vaccination I had today)Got my 3rd COVID vaccination here. Great and friendly staff! It was also very quiet and quick as well. I didn't get a leaflet and no blood came out of my arm! Highly recommended getting a vaccination here at boots wood green!
