Rush Hair Worthing

I have appointments with Emma-Jane at Rush and the experience is always excellent. Whether it’s a cut, treatment or highlights she always does an excellent job and is great at making sure you leave with exactly what you ask for. The salon has a great vibe and creates a really enjoyable experience.

My daughter recommended Rush to me. I was a hairdresser in the late 60s early 70 s I am really fussy . Emma Jane was friendly attentive and did excactly what I asked for re the colour and cut. I also observed that the team all seemed very devoted to what they do. I will certainly visit again soon.

Never ever had a hair cut when I’m happy with how my fringe is done! The girls all really know what they’re doing. Lovely management and staff I will be coming here all the time :) love my new style.

Emma-Jane is one of the best stylists that has ever touched my hair. Bringing me from black box dye hair to a beautiful blonde with healthy hair! Can always recommend good quality products to help with my hair and to keep it in great condition!

Great experience - had senior stylist Tia for balayage of my dark blonde hair.Tia advised me to have low lights in the mix and despite my apprehension she was 100% right! Am so pleased with my new hair colour - have already booked in to have it refreshed in a few months time!

Really sad to have to do this but Rush has gone downhill since a large majority of the regular staff have left. I’ve always been really happy with the service and had a brilliant experience but the last one was in stark contrast to the usual. I left with a fringe that was uneven and still had split ends, although I didn’t want much taking off the length I still wanted it cut. I had to go and get a second opinion where they confirmed I still needed an inch taking off, the layers redoing etc and kindly corrected my fringe for free. I paid £52 and have since heard through friends of friends that the junior stylist I had isn’t even qualified as a hairdresser and that this has happened on multiple occasions. No disrespect to the stylist at all because she was very sweet but I do think it’s wrong that Rush put her in this position. I’ve asked for a refund and have waited for a phone call for over 2 weeks now and have chased up. I’m not the type to complain normally but I’m not happy to pay £52 for something that I’ve had to get redone. Rush head office - Please can you contact me about my refund and I will gladly take this review down as this is not the way I wanted to approach this. Edit - it’s now been a month and I’ve heard nothing from Rush despite the fact I’ve chased up. I’ve been a loyal customer for years so it’s really disappointing to know they don’t value their customers. I guess they just want to take your money! Avoid….

Came in wanting a change from being bright blonde to a dark brown (whilst keeping some of the blonde in) and Aleksandra absolutely pulled it off. I was quite nervous for the change but absolutely loved it and was so happy with the results. All the staff are also lovely and was a nice, relaxed environment to be in whilst getting my hair done.
