Very quick service and repair as I had damaged my daughter's bike using it to teach bikeability! Would recommend as the bike is now running very well and I've promised not to break it again :)

Excellent service once again from Gerardo, my new mail order bike needed brakes bled and he did that and adjusted the gears, aligned the front brake too and has the bike running great. All for £35, ridiculously great value.

Home visiting the parents and my sons bike needed some adjustments to the rear derailleur.Took it on at short notice and got it running smoothly again quickly and efficiently. Friendly guy aswell.Much appreciated, thank you from both of us!

I had been to another bike shop to get a front and rear cassette fitted but the bike was still running rough and the gears were slipping and locking. I had heard about veloworld so decided to pay them a visit as they were just down the road from me. It's situated in Rouken Glen Park beside the walled garden. Gerardo was very helpful and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem(and a few other issues). My bike was in for a few hours and all the faults were fixed; new chain( previous new chain was too short), new rear derailleur, tightened pedals, secured front derailleur guide, calibrated the gears, tightened the steering. All for a very reasonable price. The bike is now running great. I'll definitely be back for future repairs and services. Recommended.

I visited as my front brake had become disconnected and my saddle was somewhat uncomfortable.The member of staff sorted both out very quickly and declined to charge me.If I have any future problems or require my bike to be serviced then I will have no hesitation in returning to Veloworld.

This was a further visit to Gerardo with my second bike this time. He patiently explained what I needed to know about the bike that I hadn’t already properly understood. He carried out the necessary work in a very short time frame at an acceptable price. His knowledge & work ethos inspires confidence. I’d defo recommend him - great service!
