We have recently sold & purchased through Simply. Our sale has not been the most straightforward, having lost multiple buyers & then our actual buyer using an incompetent solicitor (not Simply) but Simply, and in particular Fiona & Hayley have made the process as smooth as they possibly could. They have been prompt with responses, explained everything so it made sense, incessant in their chasing of our buyers solicitors & generally made a stressful process go as easily as it could. We also loved having an app to keep an eye on everything! I’m not sure we’ll move anytime soon, but if we did we would not go anywhere else! Thank you so much!

Nothing like bringing the best reviews to the top, sort it out Google. These people are not 4.8 stars, not even close. They reissued paperwork 3 times for silly mistakes, were pretty trite (well, rude or completely silent) on occasion, never acknowledged receipt of anything but sent emails demanding things that should have already been dealt with but without explanation. Confidence inspiring they were not .Use a local solicitor rather than this sort of firm if you know what's good for you.

This company was suggested by the agency to us and we are on the process of buying a property unfortunately we couldn’t be more disappointed than this. Our case officer was changed 3 times, the process is extremely delayed because of their mistakes, its now been months and months of waiting, our notice is about to expire in the current house and if they don’t act fast we will be outside in a few days. Moreover they have changed the company name as well and they are asking for a new mortgage offer while the deposit is already paid. Please take this case urgent and compensate us for the delays and stress caused. This is ridiculous service. Koray and Eva Temizsoy.
