Absolutely delighted with the service I got from Victoria Carpets, who gave me a free estimate appointment for social distancing when my shop was getting ready to re-open. They were very professional and sold me the right type of vinyl for my shop. The fitters are excellent and did a great job reducing the number of joins so that I can get my stock trolley out without a bump. Great value for money and I will use them next time. The flooring looks wonderful and it cost less than I thought. 5 stars!

Nice range of options and cheaper than some other quotes for similar quality carpet and vinyl. Roni very helpful and managed to fit in time for Xmas at very short notice. Fitters friendly and did a good job. Great communication. Easy from start to finish. Cheers.

The hall stair carpet we had laid around 10 months ago, has a problem in there are signs of fraying and wear and tear and also at foot of stairs and landing. When raised with the shop they agreed to send somebody out, who is in fact the Managing director. All I can say, is I should have been there to deal with him as he dealt with my wife. Far from being the friendly face of pre sale, he turned into an intimidating and confrontational person from the outset. He virtually accused her of damaging the carpet with high heels - which would leave a hole not a long wear nark no such footwear exists in the household. No satisfaction, just wished I'd been there and would not have tolerated such bullying behaviour. Will never recommend this establishment, but would recommend that the owner does refresher training in customer service and complaints handling

First rate experience. Bedroom carpet needed relaid so for an extra £40 Darren & Phil moved my bedroom furniture, dismantled the bed and moved. Laid the carpet, vacuumed and replaced all furniture as it was. Very happy customer.

The team at Victoria Carpets did the vinyl flooring in the bathroom of a place I rented a couple years ago so I went back for a quote for a new build place I purchased - they were reasonably priced and offered very useful advice when it came to my options, so I purchased all of my flooring options (vinyl for the bathroom, hallway and kitchen with carpets + underlay for living room and bedrooms). They fitted everything in a timely and well presented manner and recently came back to re-fit around my newly installed wardrobes - all done with a smile and positive attitude! I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending.
