Sinnis Motorcycles

Emailed customer service .. they just ignore emails. I have a bike that has done less than 500 miles and doesn't work! Needs to be plugged in but can't be done anywhere in the world apart from Sinnis Brighton! 6 hour round trip for a bike that doesn't run properly. Sent an email to get more details on price of repair, this bike is just out of warranty and there is no way currently for it to ever work again? Avoid buying anything from sinnis!My experience thus far is shocking !

My Grandson bought a Sinnis Blade 2 years ago secondhand. It was a 2015 model hardly used and it has been a great bike for him. It still looks good after several thousand miles of the grind of a 20 odd mile commute in all weathers and has been very reliable. Unfortunately he managed to seize it up last week and brought it to me, as usual, to take a look. Where there should have been oil in the sump there was about half a cup of black sludge so no surprise it seized! I have fixed bikes before of Chinese origin and service has typically been very poor so phoned Sinnis not expecting much. Pleasantly surprised however. Immediate response by knowledgeable staff. They sent me various exploded views, parts lists and prices of the engine so I could pick what I needed. I emailed them with my list of needs which they answered within ten minutes. All parts needed were available, for example head, camshaft, piston, gaskets etc. Prices for all this were very reasonable so I ordered. Everything arrived two days later. Brilliant service. Bike all back together and running fine. The engine is beautifully made and well engineered. So don't be afraid of buyiing a Sinnis, the technical backup/spare parts supply is as good as any I have ever come across. Just excellent.

Whilst restoring a classic, bought a Sinnis 125 Trackstar. What a nice little bike. Buzzed along at 50-55 and was totally reliable. Passed it on to a new rider as a learner. Running an ancient Moto Guzzi, spares are few and some very expensive! To keep Guzzi mileage down, I've got a 250 Retrostar. A super machine! I'm small and light so, it has an extra tooth drive sprocket making it cruise better. Pleased with Sinnis. Must campaign for a 380 cruiser! 70 next August. 380 for then, pretty please?

Researched the sinnis terrain from the day it was released ,after reading many reviews and watching them on u tube .Long story short,I was sold on it.The style of the bike was what attracted me to it and hence the research .Bought my terrain in Sep last year and it has not put a wheel wrong,starts 1st time every time even wen it's been below 0°.Currently covered 2860 miles without a single problem so the old (dnt touch a chinese bike) attitude is wrong.The build quality is excellent and reliable.I'm planning a solo wild camping trip later this year covering around a 2000 miles and I have every faith in daisy (bikes name lol) in completing the trip.The sinnis team are brilliant,I carry out my own servicing and if I have a query about the bike the guys n girls respond within 24hrs with answers and that's what you call service. Yeah it is underpowered but it's carrying a lot of weight and it is a 125 but upshot of that is you get fantastic mpg.Can't fault my wee bike or the sinnis team.

Bought a Sinnis Blade one year old and love it, but I was told when I bought it that it had two years guarantee which the original dealers confirmed was the case. I called Sinnis and they told me that the guarantee doesn't transfer to second owner and they wouldn't supply replacement parts under warranty. So beware !They didn't seem too bothered to talk to me as I wasn't buying a new bike.Still bike is a good product glad I bought one.

Nightmare of issues with no resolution. I’ve called to check my warranty as the bike is less than year old but because the service receipt wasn’t kept at 600 mile, they won’t touch it. Gutted and having problem after problem with the bike. I can not recommend buying these, the hassle has been insane.

I would like to start off by saying that I have no issues with the bike exactly but more the customer service. It’s a shame I’ve had to come to writing a review like this to try and get the attentions of Sinnis, however I’m at my wits end. I’ve tried emailing, calling and even messaging on Instagram but to have no response from them. My bikes cylinder head temperature sensor has been broken for the past 6 months and due to no fuel regulation it won’t start. The part has been out of stock for 6 months and I would just like a time frame or any information at all about when or if this part will be back in stock. If you could get back to me that would be great.Thanks.

My review is based on the product not the dealer(s) I have been liaising with. I purchased a new Sinnis Hero 125 in January 2019 and it is the worse scooter I have ever had. At just over a year old and with less than 2,500 miles covered I have reliability problems, never knowing if it will start or not. So far I have had a new starter motor and a starter bendix fitted but the problems still exist. Thankfully it is still in warranty but I find it unacceptable that I am experiencing these issues with a new scooter. I purchased it when I lived in Kent, now live in Oxfordshire but Sinnis are saying I need to speak to the supplying dealer as my contract is with them. My local dealer has been very helpful to try and resolve the issue and the supplying dealer have also been helpful, but are let down by the manufacturer.

Bought my Sinnis Terrain in 2018. Fantastic service buying the bike. Its never missed a beat or let me down on my 365/all weather commutes, in all that time and distance. Once bought your cared for by the Fantastic customer support team, dealer network, with 2 years warranty, a years AA breakdown, a fraction of the cost of the big name brands, what more could you want.
