Actual tyres were fine but wouldn't use the garage again. Having an appointment slot was a waste of time. I was told around 90 minutes to fit 2 tyres which already is much longer than required. I arrived nearly 2 hours later to find my car had not been touched and then had to wait an additional half hour whilst they were fitted. Garage seemed to have overbooked people. They also did not seem to appreciate that some people may not be local, I couldn't just go home to wait. Will not return.

Terrible customer service, I have used them for years but wont be doing anymore, the place has gone terribly downhill and I will be taking my business elsewhere. If i was able to give them no starts I would.

Was looking for some tyres for my wife’s golf looked online and the price was £80 a tyre fitted so I walked down to the garage to book the car in and we then told the price was £100 a tyre! Refuse to use these rip off merchants anymore

Worst customer service and one of the worst staff I have ever seen. I booked online for wheel alignment but when I was there on time, I was told they can not do it on time and I need to wait. After waiting 40 mins, when I asked how long it would take? I was told it can not be done and I should have called them instead of booking online. There is a reason I booked online and If you do not take online booking seriously, why make them available in the first place? When I asked the same question, three people at the workshop started shouting at me. My only question was, if you can not make a booked appointment, call me before I am there so I don't waste my time. Instead I was treated like a s**t. On top of that they also called the police, who after talking to me suggested I should never go back there, which I will happily do. But seriously, this is how you treat customers? I tried my best to get hold of Robert Wyatt before writing this but did not succeed.*Already Sent email to customer service*

Very good customer service despite being short staffed and extremely busy. Work carried out as required. Have used Protyre on a number of occasions and they have always sorted our problems quickly and successfully.
