I tried to talk to a lady on the phone and just because I spoke Spanish she cut the call and said that they would pass my number to the police in a really rude manner. I don’t understand what I did wrong.

McDonald’s West Swindon District Centre, What a s*#t hole, the photos attached was the view as we walked in today 18/06/22, not only was the bins overflowing, the food on the floor could have fed hundreds, I had to request a table be cleaned much to the annoyance of a staff member, we ordered using the machine & then after 30 minutes asked where our food was only to be told “we have ran out of meat” some 50 mins after ordering our food turned up cold, this is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever seen, clearly the staff & management take no pride in their job or the appearance of the establishment, I have contacted a few people regarding the hygiene (lack of) with in this restaurant hopefully something will be done about it, avoid at all cost, travel a couple of miles up the road to another site

So slow! Food just doesn't get served quick enough. The front of staff have no speed or motivation. They refuse to service smaller orders (one coffee) ahead of other orders. I'm actually watching the front of house hide round the corner so he doesn't need to see the huge amount of waiting customers. Alarms ring constantly and no one cares. Please get some more staff!!

cleaner made us feel uncomfortable. Told us if we didnt order she would tell us to get out even though we stated before hand we had ordered. Food was okay but the cleaner Niki needs to be more polite and not stand right next to you which makes you feel uncomfortable.

Constantly forget dips on delivery orders :( I understand how busy it can get but attention to detail for the orders they are fulfilling should still be a high priority. The dips are what makes the meal :D

Could not fault this visit.There were queues for ordering at the machines so I went straight to the counter, and placed my order.It was ready in approx 4 minutes.Speedy and friendly serviceWas a nice experience.Plenty of free parking including disabled

Absolutely shocking if I could give 0 stars I would took over an hour to get my food delivered when the app was saying the driver had been waiting there for 45 minutes then when it eventually got to me it was cold. For a fast food restaurant they’re very slow won’t be using them again for delivery
