Really impressed with the service at Fixio. Everyone I dealt with was really friendly, didn't talk down to me, and most importantly dealt with my stressed out Macbook quickly and efficiently. The advice I received was really sound and no one tried to sell me anything I didn't immediately need. Highly recommend!

I’ve luckily only needed help a handful of times with my Apple devices in the last 8 years but when I have Fixio (formerly MacMan) have saved me from losing a trusted device several times. Recently they repaired a damaged logic board on my main MacBook Pro, saving a lot of money on buying replacement board or machine. At all times they kept me apprised of the situation and gave open and honest advice on the options and managed expectations. Great service that I highly recommend.

My M1 Mac Air was water damaged. The person that helped me was very honest about pricing and said and it would take more than a week to assess, dry and fix, which I couldn't wait because I use my laptop for work. Instead, they offered a replacement and to trade my old laptop in which came roughly to the cost of fixing it only took a lot less time. My refurbished Mac (same model) that I purchased from them was swiftly sent over from their Tunbridge Wells store and I picked it up only 24 hours after I had taken my old Mac in. It works perfectly and all my data was transferred over so when I switched it on it was just like having my old computer. Thank you :)
