Louise is an absolutely fantastic therapist who I would, and do, recommend to anyone. My mobility has improved ten fold since I started receiving treatment and I'm able to move pain free. Louise has recently taken on a small group of equally talented, friendly and knowledgeable therapists who each provide a unique approach to their particular therapies.

Complementary Therapies by Louise
I came to Louise when I was at the lowest point of my chronic skin condition. I had been struggling for over a year and feeling very depressed. I came to Louise for reflexolgy - the lymphatic drainage technique to see if it could help me manage my condition better. Louise was the first person to truly listen to me, and make me feel human again. Through her brilliant technique (magic hands!), emotional intelligence and beautifully cheerful mood (all the time!) she inspired me to find hope that I would get well and helped me to do so. Her compassion is second to none and advice is spot on. Every treatment I came away feeling relaxed and destressed, and saw changes in my skin in a matter of weeks. The greatest impact she had was on my mood and mental health, and I probably will never be able to thank her enough for what she has done for me. I now consider her one of my truest friends and could not be happier that her business is extending and she’s finally getting recognition for all the hard work she puts in. When I first met her, I was chronically ill, spending most of my free time in bed, fatigued. Now, 6 months later, because of Louise, I am in India pursuing my dream of becoming a yoga teacher. Thank you just isn’t enough, but I guess it will have to do. Thank you Louise!

I had a reflexology treatment from Louise which left me feeling totally balanced and relaxed. Louise is extremely professional and tailored the treatment to me. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to invest in their health and wellbeing!

I was at the time 37 weeks pregnant and having SPD issues. (Pelvic girdle pains). I was recommended to try reflexology and massage. I’ve never had reflexology and Louise explained it all to me. I had x2 sessions with Lou and After the first session the pain eased straight away. Louise had also given me exceecise homework to help with the pelvis area. I was able to walk about pain free and continue with everyday tasks. I am amazed by how the body works and that Louise knows exactly which areas to trigger to release my pain. I highly recommend therapies by Louise , thank you Lou

Complementary Therapies by Louise
I’ve had a total of three sessions with Louise, over the course of about 9 weeks and in that time I’ve achieved more body stability and less ‘muscles in a knot’ thanks for Louise’ skills at identifying the real problem points. I went years believing all of my issues were solely on the right side of my body until Lou pointed out some significant instability on the left side.The treatments in person I’ve had include reflexology (amazing, believe the hype!) and two separate deep tissue massages/manipulation. I always leave feeling relaxed, somewhat refreshed and much less ‘tied up’. Louise provided me with a number of home exercises to aide in the progression which has also proven to have been beneficial and I now do them almost every day without really thinking. It just becomes routine.All round, Louise offers a highly professional suite of skills in bodywork at some exceptionally reasonable prices. She’ll remain in my phone book for a long time to come.

What an amazing experience! Had some reflexology session and to my atonement it helped improve my shoulder movements. Always ever so patient and caring in nature! Highly recommended! Will definitely visit again!

Visiting first time, didn't know where to start. Louise make me feel very relax and comfortable explaining my issues which i thought I was going to live with them for yhe rest of my life. Louise was very patience listening to me and straight away she knew exactly of my issues which even my gp and physio couldn't sort out. On my first visit, I could felt a difference in my movement and my plantar fasciitis felt better and my knee. I will highly recommend Louise. Can't wait for my next visit.
