Use to be good and I’m a regular customer of Pepes but over the last couple weeks, they have been slacking. Today I received cold, sloppy, food. Opted for the optional cheese but there was hardly any in my panini. Cheese cake came frozen too and onion rings drenched in seasoning. Since I ordered through Uber eats, they did nothing after a 8 minute call and told me to contact Uber eats. Uber eats didn’t refund

The food is tasty but the portions are small, even if you go large, and service is really slow.Pretty tired in the restaurant

Low standard. They should check London’s Pepe quality. The chicken Xl should be soft. Last week they gave me chicken that is tough and crispy instead, not tender. And as usual the mayo slapped on side of burger as well. £10+ for a basic quick meal to be destroyed by someone’s lack of consideration, empathy, care or whatever it is they’re thinking when providing such quality.Yeah this could be a mean comment but nothing better than strong criticism to improve right.

Extremely bad quality food at Swindon branch. Poor service level. Cold food served. I ordered £65 food, but in turn, what was served didn't meet the value for the money. I'm disappointed to the core !!! :(

Went here with my mate a few months back. I ordered a chicken and rice burrito for £6. The burrito looked quite sizeable on the picture and looked quite filling. However , upon receiving the food we noticed the portions were incredibly small. The rice and chicken was very tasty and well seasoned I must admit. The only disappointment is the portion size.

I ordered 3 different items and asked for “Hot”. The wings were not hot they tasted lemon, sweet and sour. The rice has changed completely, tasted bland, soggy and wet, flavours have changed from what it used to be, again chicken was sweet and tangy. I made another order a week ago, same issue with taste and flavour, this time it was bland and no taste of lemon and herb, which is what i ordered. Also the prices have shot up but portions seem smaller and quality gone down. After spending £20 on food, i was charged 50p for a sauce, which is normally provided with no charge in these kind of establishments. Been a customer since its opening will not visit again.

We went to Pepe's on Thursday during the holiday. We ordered 2x Family platters.The chicken was looking juicy and tasty; it tasted great! The wings and chips were simple yet tasty too!We were given 2x rice boxes without any cutlery.When we went, it was quite dead.I'd give this place a total of 3 stars.

They dropped quality. Food sends out without cooking properly, driver brought food without put it on box whoch made the food so cold barely even chew anythingNon trained bunch of cowards working there. When you call on phone so rudely they shout WHAT!? Rather saying sorry didnt hear you" or " pardon" or anything polite.Im here for food not to train your ducks and pay full price for someone barely cooking my foodAnd guy turn up your door delievery food swining in air on these 2° temp cold weather."

I always get chicken XL and chicken and rice. It's one of my favourite go-to meals.Food is cooked well and tastes great.I don't like to sit in and eat as I don't feel comfortable, so I always take away. Havunf said that there is a comfortable seating area, and many people do eat in, so that might be just me.

We are usually your regular customer but when you guys messed up our order and find out the customer service were, it wasn't great at all. Our usual order is 1/2 chicken mild all the time but when me & my baby came home, that wasn't the case.. I know by just the look and colour of it that the sauce is different. Called up and the staff want me to come over and give back the food for me to get our correct order while it is raining and have a baby in my house. Are you serious? Apparently they can't do anything but for me to come back with it. After we argued, he agreed to send a staff to deliver our food. The staff checked the food in front of me while I gave the old food and he did realise it is wrong and apogise to me. They better not give the food to another customer. They also gave us fries although it is cold already.
