I was apprehensive when entering the UK letting market, particularly in and around London in the current climate. However, Natasha and Grosvenor were excellent from the beginning to the end of the process -- ensuring that my wife and I were supported throughout, and doing their very best to accommodate our needs. Natasha and the team worked hard to ensure that we could meet our deadlines and requirements, and took the time to listen so they could help us. Amazing letting agent in Cobham, the best one. In April I found a property available in Oxshott, the nearest one we could find to Cobham, emailed to enquire and Natasha very kindly showed us round on her day off on a Saturday as she was going to be in the area. Such a lovely gesture that really sums up the extra mile the team go to. We explained to her what we were looking for and couple the days later she found the perfect flat in Cobham town center that meets all our requirements.I’d highly recommend Grosvenor Billinghurst to anyone looking to rent a property in Cobham and surroundings. I have just sold a house in Cobham and I really can't rate Grosvenor Billinghurst highly enough. Simon, Lewis, Sarah and team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I am so grateful for their skill in finding the right buyer and managing the whole process so smoothly from start to finish. They were super professional, diligent and pro-active, and also very genuine and lovely to work with. Simon was my main contact and his advice throughout the process was invaluable. He kept the ball rolling with excellent communication and I felt extremely reassured by his knowledge and expertise. Grosvenor Billinghurst in Cobham have recently sold our house and I have been really impressed with their excellent sales and communication skills. They have all been fantastic to deal with and have used their initiative where appropriate and constantly kept the ball moving with the ups and downs of the house sale. The team also have very similar ethics to my own, which is not always the case with many estate agents. I dealt with Gareth, Lewis and Simon - all were great to deal with, but especially Simon who was my main contact, he was very professional, calm and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend that you don’t use anyone else to sell your house in Cobham!!

Checking the reviews, I can conclude that it is a good agency for the sale and purchase of properties, and for landlords, but DEFINETLY NOT FOR TENATS. Under our experience renting, it has been the worst experience, starting with the times to solve problems with the properties, response times to emails and the way in which they take ownership of the deposits. We didn't receive the property with professional cleaning, at the time we sent them photos as proof of this, to which they responded with an apologies"
