Bowlarama

Not an experience I would care to repeat. Clueless staff who don’t understand what the green sunflower lanyard means. Took forever to figure out what to do, and the attitude was poor. Massive improvement needed here. The scoring gimmick was not clear and not explained.I should not have to contact the owner to fix this. They should be able to figure out what I want them to do from the above. Furthermore, the Bowlarama website is in serious need of an upgrade. The interface is not suitable for people with disabilities at all. I am utterly fed up with people not considering those less able when they design leisure facilities.

Was here for a hen party, everyone had a great time, decent price good deal, would definitely recommend

I’ve been to every bowling in Glasgow near enough and this is by far the worst!Friday night,Halloween bang slap middle of town and no music! Atmosphere is non existent andthey only sell Prosecco by the bottle (massive bottles).It’s the first bowling I’ve been too that I’ve not enjoyed.Disappointing

Went at night and brung my young Scot’s card as it was the only legal ID I had. Bouncer said they don’t accept them (which is fine) I went upstairs to get a refund and they said they won’t give a refund because my booking was less than 48 hours away. When I pointed out they were the ones denying entry, even though I had legal ID which is what is required on their terms and conditions (their terms and conditions say nothing about not accepting young scot cards) the general manager simply said I should have known they don’t accept them. It mentions this nowhere on the booking software or their website. Staff also argued with me about wether or not a young scot card is legal ID. It is, according to the Scottish government website. I would recommend some training on that point. The manager simply said I’m not getting a refund because she’s the manager and she says so. I asked her wether she thinks that is good service and she said yeah. Staff were rude when I was nothing but polite. Overall a manager with a terrible attitude which is clearly having a trickle down effect on the rest of the staff. 0 stars if I could.Edit after reply: Whoever replied to this review obviously did not understand my point. Yes you require 48 hours to reschedule a booking however I didn’t cancel or want to change the booking - you did. Due to something that wasn’t listed on your website or terms and conditions. I think most people would agree a full refund would be fair. And yes, I was instead told I could only reschedule my booking which I didn’t want to do, and yes I didn’t turn up because why would I go to a place with such bad service? Bowlarama shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. In the event that Bowlarama cancels your booking

Fantastic day at Bowlarama on Saturday! The cocktails were fantastic, even the mocktails were a hit with our pregnant friend! Great atmosphere, good music and fun!

Visited Bowlarama last night for a work night out, there was a problem with my booking as my confirmation hadn’t gone through - however, the amazing team were fantastic and managed to squeeze us in as soon as possible. Can’t thank them enough!Frozen cocktails were amazing and the overall vibe of the venue is perfect for any occasion.Would recommend calling to make sure that the booking is confirmed though :)Cheers

Usually one of my favourite places for a drink after a shift, the staff are absolutely lovely. However, during the summer the place is absolutely sweltering. The lack of air conditioning makes it uncomfortable to be there, hope it can get fixed soon!

I found it really weird that they don’t let you put up the bumpers unless you have a disability. We asked for them to get put up as we were just playing for a bit of fun but were told they weren’t allowed as nobody in our group had a disability. Kinda took the fun out of it.

Good range of cocktails. I got the Salt n Chilli Burger, big portion and well priced.Bowling was good but... the IPAD screen didn't work on the date we were in. Good atmosphere would recommend for catch up with freinds or date night.
