Phoned for help with faulty boiler at 8.15am and engineer arrived at 4.15pm same day. Fixed on the spot and did a service. First time ever same day call out and no extra charge - first class. Thank you.

Managed to book a time slot easily via the website, and the Engineer managed to make it out to me through the snow. Was very thorough and inspected all my radiators at no extra cost. Good service and not too expensive, will use agin for future boiler issues.

We moved into our new house but were unable to get the boiler to work. I used Facebook local group to recommend a good local boiler and GJR was the first response. I found their website and discovered I could request a call out for the next morning. Greg arrived early and found the fault. Within a few hours I had a quote for the work needed and by the end of the day we had hot water and heating again. Great service at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use them again. We highly recommend.

Do not use this company, we have had nothing but problems with our boiler since they apparently" fixed it. Not to mention the fact that the wife of the boss was calling me demanding payment not even 20mins after her husband left my property. I hadn't even received an invoice or my boiler certificate yet and when I informed her that I will pay once I receive these documents she became very angry

Was let down by Currys for a cooker instalation so I decided to still have the cooker delivered I rang GJR and they sent an engineer the next day they sent Sheona who installed quickly credit to your firm thank you for great service

Greg, Tom, Sheona and the GjR team are brilliant they have always been able to fit us in asap. We have used them for a boiler service and to have a new boiler fitted, for both they were extremely officiant, honest, friendly and kind. I will definitely use them again soon. Thank you to all of you, we will be recommending you in the future! So pleased we have a hot shower now !!

Very reliable and professional! We needed a gas safety certificate and boiler service done ASAP, updates via text messaging confirming appointments, timings and when the engineer is en route was nice. With complications due to our engineer calling in sick, GJR went out their way to ensure the job gets done on set date. I would highly recommend GJR for any plumbing and heating needs.

Greg came and fitted a new boiler, replacing a 20 year plus old one . He was prompt,laying a carpet protection down before doing anything else. When he finished fitting the new boiler he tested the whole system,making sure everything was working properly. We were then given clear instruction on how to operate and set the boiler to our liking. Before Greg left he made sure he had completely tidied everything and that we were happy with what was done .We highly recommend GJR to anyone
