A charming cafe for a light lunch on Hill Road. Enjoyed the Thai style butternut squash and sweet potato shop.

Butterflies Cafe and Tea Room
I was visiting Cleveden to view a car I was considering buying. Popped into Butterflies and was greeted with wonderful local hospitality. I was only getting a takeaway, but the service I received was first class. Toasted sandwich was pretty much the best I've ever been served.

Lovely little cafe with a great selection of cakes, coffees, tea and also a normal menu so there is plenty of choice. The staff are friendly and helpful and the overall appearance and atmosphere is one of a cute and lovely English tea shop. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our visit sitting outside in the son whilst enjoying the delicious cakes and tea.Great place and will visit again when I am in Clevedon

Food good but service not great and coffee pretty terrible. Staff were nice and polite but missed items, one drink had a hair in. Hopefully just a bad day.

Butterflies Cafe and Tea Room
I can’t lie but me and my girlfriend found ourselves in cleavdon and popped in for c a take away coffee. We were greeted with smiley teenagers with great customer service. The coffee, and this is going to sound far fetched, might have been the best coffee I’ve ever had in my life. My girlfriend agrees. We will be visiting cleavdon more regularly.

It's raining. Why am I in shorts and sandals? The cafes in town are queuing out of the doors. I stumbled into this place, dampish! What an unexpected surprise. I've just eaten a hefty breakfast with the tastiest bacon I've had in decades. On top of that, loose leaf tea too.

Great cakes and friendly staff, but prepare for an inconsistent breakfast - tasty but mostly fried bread and between 5 of us we all got different quantities of stuff and slightly wrong orders. Couldn't complain though, we were famished!

I appreciate on a Saturday afternoon it's going to be busy but the useless service from the underage staff, the filthiness of the table, the dirt on the cutlery, the lateness of the order and the wrong drink being served all led to me having to walk out.On another day it may have been different but I urge you not to visit on a Saturday afternoon.Terrible experience.

Had a takeaway and the food was superb. It was piping hot with spices and flavours simply perfection. My dinner guests had lived in KL Malaysia and insisted I phoned Butterflies to pass on their compliments.The Staff are lovely too and nothing is too much trouble. Now that is what I call Service.
