Evesham Marina

Selling white diesel at £2 a litre. Not informing of this fact as we would have not bothered.

We left our boat for a few days and it was all very good until the end. The check in process was friendly and efficient. Access was easy. There is really no signal for phone or internet there which can be frustrating but we were not staying on our boat so it wasn't a big deal for us.The problem came when we decided to get our waste tank pumped out before we left. We moved onto the service wharf and I walked up to ask for a pump out. I was advised they would send someone over to us. I went to the office to settle our bill and chatted a while with the friendly lady there before heading back to the boat. I was surprised to see nobody there, just my husband waiting. I apologised thinking the job had been done and I was holding things up. Nobody had come to assist.I walked back up to the chandlery to ask if we had been forgotten. I was informed the chap was on another job and would be with us as soon as he finished. I advised them we had an appointment for lunch with friends and were running out of time.We watched the guy walk over to another boat where he spent at least 20 more minutes chatting and writing stuff down. He finished with them and came to us. He said he had no idea we had been waiting for a pump out. He would have come directly to us if he has realised. He was very embarrassed.The pump out cost £25 which is very expensive, especially when the service is so poor. When I went to pay I suggested they should set some expectations when a customer requests a service. If it's an hour before it can be done they should advise so, not just say they will send the guy over. The assistant explained they were busy, well that's fine, but explain there will be a delay when the service is booked! He said most customers call first. I have no concept of how me making a phone call rather than turning up at the counter could have changed anything (especially as there is precious little phone signal in the marina). The assistant grudgingly mumbled an apology but their ineptitude made us late for lunch and meant we had a big rush to get there.Don't bother using them for a pump out!

As an engineer they have been super helpful with anything webasto.super quick turnaround on spares.

I used the Chandlery here. I phoned ahead, and my call was answered promptly, politely and by someone with knowledge of boats and stock. They put my item aside for me and then kept it when I was unexpectedly away for work for 2 weeks. The heavy item was carried to my car for me, it was a minimum of £50 cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere. I will certainly be back.

Came into Evesham for a Webasto service. Curtis was first class and while he was in the engine bay, spotted an electrical issue which was giving me grief and could have been dangerous. A few minutes later, we were sorted, with lots of good advice and learnings. He’s a star!Steve the boss and Paul the parts chief are great and very easy to do business with. The rest of the team are friendly and courteous and always helpful.First class - if only all marinas were run this way.

Amazing staff. Phoned with a question about out beautiful boat Tinkerbell. Within 10 minutes Mark called back with an answer. Would recommend 100 %
