I went in today to purchase a box of donuts. When I went to pay with cash I was then told it was card payment only!!!! I will never shop here again as I find this really discriminatory. A large chain such as this should not be able to dictate to the customer that they do not accept cash

I am always happy with the service I receive at this store. It has a variety of stock (always full when I visit), a seating area (inside and outside) and the cleanliness is to a high standard. I’d like to thank Shannon for her consistently great service - from the Lotus Biscoff addict!

Not great service. All stood around talking. Had to ask twice if anyone is serving, trying to buy some drinks and donuts. They all looked at each other like I shouldn't be there and didn't answer back. Then asked each other are you serving. Wouldn't recommend as didn't feel welcome and it was too much hard work for term to sell two drinks and two donuts.

My wife likes there doughnuts and while we we're there we ordered coffee we got no milk but only oat milk the the daft thing about it as a Marks and Spencer's next door and I said to the lady behind the counter go get a few pints where she said the bosses won't let them buy milk how nuts is that so that's why you've only got one star disappointing

No cash! You're taking the mickey. The excuse? Covid restrictions not been lifted yet. You've no intentions of ever accepting cash again. The table outside says you can scan the QR code and leave a review but I wasn't given a receipt so have no code to do this as I had to pay by card!!! Disgusting and disappointing.
