Amazing customer service from the very beginning to the end! The food was 10/10 and not to forget how stunning the place is! Huge highlight of my trip to London. Would definitely recommend!

The Banc, where decor and food go hand in hand. Everything we ordered was delightful. Highly recommend the pulled beef brisket bao buns, chicken tacos, sirloin steak & lamb chops. A really wonderful service provided by Josh who was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. And gave us fabulous recommendations.

The food here is amazinggg! So much flavour! We were blown away by the starters! Would highly recommend their Dynamite Prawns and their Bao Buns, which I believe is new on their menu. The service was impeccable- special thanks to SK and Josh for going above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous meal, what great guys! Recommending this spot to everyone and can’t wait to come back!

My friend and I booked a late dinner with our 4 children. What an amazing restaurant. All the staff welcomed us and our children, which made us very comfortable.The food was lovely. The atmosphere was great. Our server was Stella. She was smiley and made sure to check on us. We definitely ate planning to return really soon.

Thank you for the amazing service, we came as a group of 8 and were seated quickly. Food came promptly and shisha was also very good! Highly recommend the max and cheese and dynamite prawns.Big thanks to Josh for being polite, hospitable, and making sure we were happy. Terrific service!

We ate here on 5.12.23 and was pleased with the decor. This place is stunning! Staff are friendly. The food was nice but, luke warm. The negatives were: the lady server in the Shish lounge was a little offish, at one point she told us she was busy when we asked to move, we asked 2 staff members for water, yet we didn’t receive water at all. Also, upon arrival I was sent to my table instead of being shown to it, also I told them beforehand I was celebrating my 40th, via my reservation but didn’t even get a tiny candle cake.The owner was serving this evening, he was lovely and attentive. Overall, I love this place, despite the forgetful staff and madam of a waiter, in the white blazer. I’ve been a customer since 2013 and will continue to be.

Fantastic experience! Attended 22/6/23Parking available across the restaurant with staff to direct. Upon arrival, greeted by security and front staff. Nice and welcoming, great and quiet atmosphere with beautiful decorations.The slow cooker beef bao buns were divine and tasty, could not fault it. We also ordered the lollipop chicken for starters, came with a delicious dipping sauce. The chicken was cooked to perfection with it being soft in the inside and crunchy on the outside. They also threw in a complementary nacho cheese dip. Mocktails were also lush!The mains we had were the lamb chops and thighs, and also the salmon meal which was nice.We were full by the end, so managed to just squeeze in the chocolate cake, again enjoyed it. The service was brilliant, staff made sure to clean the table before the next dishes were served to us, they also provided dry ice when the food was served. They also sang happy birthday to my husband when dessert was served which was a cute touch to their service.
