VANS Store Belfast

Ordered shoes online to be delivered to the store, picked them up and when I got home they were the wrong shoes entirely. (Not the store’s fault I know) Called into the store in the hopes I could exchange for the pair I had ordered (and paid for) was told as it’s an online purchase I need to return the shoes in the post, wait up to 10 days for a refund and then reorder the shoes (in the hopes they get it right the second time!) I don’t understand in this day and age why a store can’t exchange an online purchase when it’s no fault of my own. I understand it’s not the Victoria Square store’s staff’s fault as it’s company policy but they should really look at reviewing this, otherwise what’s the point of the store when so many other shoe shops which sell vans offer exchanges for online purchases, Office, Schuh etc. So I’ve been left with the wrong shoes, out of pocket and have to wait till I get the refund. Will properly not reorder! Very annoyed.

Nice store, but very upset with customer service. We bought a Vans backpack online and tried to return it to the store closest to us when the color was not what was expected. I traveled 30 minutes to the store, and was then told their store does not accept returns from online purchases. Very frustrating when every other store will allows this type of transaction. I will not be shopping at this location again.

Went into Town with a problem with my shoes, there was wear and tear and only had them for a few weeks. I asked what the best way forward was and they helped and asked no questions, the staff were all so lovely. They were able to swap the shoes out for a new pair and were so kind about it. This is why I will always wear vans.

My girlfriend and I went to the Vans store to buy a pair of shoes for myself. We were attended by Jody, who was really nice, helpful and profesional. Thank you Jody.

I paid $100 for a pair of Vans sunglasses in the USA only to find a replacement pair here on sale at £12. Love, love, love this store!

Welcoming nice laid out store, was there for the opening where they had beer pong to win prizes and discounts, with no beer of course.Great shop with great athestetic aHave visited multiple times since.Also like the skate footage playing on the tv's on top of the counter makes the store feel very into it's routes in skateboarding

Had to return an item today and was served by the female manager.She was so pleasant and very efficient. What a lovely women as were all the staff. Will definitely be returning to shop in the future. Thankyou again very much to the manager,just sorry I didnt catch her name. . .
