I bought my first pair of quad skates at the age of 44. I was helped out in the shop by two friendly and welcoming people, both sporting a glorious mane of dreads. They helped me out with good advice with no judgement. They clearly understood that my public exposure to learning to skate will serve as humiliation enough. Good shop, good people.

Stunning Skate Store Experience, Stefan is an absolute superstar.Took my 14Year old daughter to Slick Willies to get her very first board-build. Knowledgeable, kind, patient and supper skilled.Stefan took us through every detail helping us choose the deck, trucks and wheels. This is why going online to wont work for folks like us.The place has a special vibe and the crew there make it. Huge thanks for making me look good and appreciate all your help.

Went along today to try on some aggressive inline skates. Sebastian was super patient and helpful, letting me try on pretty much every skate/size combo they had plus protection. I really appreciated the laid back friendly atmosphere which is a nice change from some more elitist skate shops I've been to! Highly recommended.

Excellent independent skate shop in London.I always recommend people to go here when looking for skates and accessories in London, as the customer service is fantastic. The staff are skaters themselves and can offer genuine recommendations for the individuals needs and wants. Ordered my recent pair here and the overall service was 10/10

I've always wanted to come to this store since I was a teenager and today was that day. I would have given 5 stars if the one and only staff member acknowledged me when I entered the store even though he was with one other person. He went on to say hello to the next person who entered after me. Customer Service goes a long way no matter what the person looks like. Thank you to the beautiful lady with the colourful dreads who came out of no where to help and give advice. Never lose your lovely bubbly genuine personality. It goes a long way.

The staff are very helpful and were understanding of my requests. I imagine that someone might feel intimidated or judged going into a skate shop (which I have experienced previously), however they really are so friendly.Attached are my sick RB Pro X W’s. Delivery was super fast: I tried on in store, ordered that same day and they were delivered two days later. Thank you so much!

I visited the store to purchase some skates after not skating for years. The young man who worked there was so helpful in helping me figure out what I needed and was respectful of a budget. I ordered online and they arrived the next day. I love the skates and it was a great service all round.

I’ve brought from many skate shops in the past but these guys have to be the best by far! I’ve purchased quite a few things from them and everything always comes in great condition and with fast delivery too! Recently I had an issue with my order and it came with a faulty axle but the guys instantly helped me out and have sent out a replacement straight away! I haven’t even got round to sending back the faulty ones yet, great customer service and lovely guys! Couldn’t recommend them more!!
