The weeks I spent here are cherished memories of fun, laugher and love of a vision (the dress) coming to life with people who felt like friends.We cackled, cried and I felt so safe and championed in my decision making.Walking into this shop, meeting these women is part of my wedding, it made my wedding.My dress was to die for, I love it now nearly 4 years later. The support and guidance I was given, not an ounce of pressure.I got everything there, dress, bridesmaids dresses, alterations, a hair pin and it was effortless.Absolutely five stars, id get married again just to have this experience.All my love Dale

I got my wedding dress from Ann Whittakers, and I am so happy I did. I absolutely loved my dress, and the service was outstanding. Couldn't of asked for more. Lindsay and shereen were both so helpful and made my whole experience so enjoyable. 100% recommend to anyone wanting the most beautiful dress x

WOW!!!What can I say! There isn’t enough stars to giveThe whole experience has been amazing from the moment I walked through the door I knew I had fallen in love before I had even found my dress, you are made to feel so welcome!I tried on a few dresses that I had picked out and they just didn't feel like me, I asked Lindsey if she could bring in any dresses that she recommended & I am so glad I did, I would never have picked out my dress by myself. From the second I stepped into in it felt like it was made just for me.Shereen makes the whole alterations process a dream, I was made to feel so comfortable and no little tweak here or there was too much.I'm privileged & proud to say that not only my mum got her wedding dress from Anne Whitakers 40+ years ago but I got my dream dress from there too!Lindsey & Shereen make the whole experience so memorable & fun.Thank you so much!

Would recommend this place to anyone looking for Bride or Bridesmaid dresses. Bought my bridesmaids dresses from here and what a lovely experience so far. Lindsey is lovely. Lots of knowledge, welcoming and puts you at ease straight away.

I would give Anne Whittaker Bridal 6 stars if I could. I have nothing but good things to say about Lindsay, Shereen and the experience I had buying my dream dress. From the start I was made to feel welcome, comfortable and individual. They have a great range of dresses in store. I kind of knew what I wanted and Lindsay help me get there. It was the first shop I went to (out of 2) and knew by the end of the day I'd found the one. I wanted to add my own touch and customise the sleeves and buttons down the back. Nothing was too much trouble. Our wedding was postponed several times due to covid and both ladies were so supportive and understanding. Two friends who got married before me both got their dresses from here and I know had the same positive experience. Thank you so much for being part of our wedding journey and for making it enjoyable, calm and very special.

Lindsay and Shereen were absolutely amazing! I really struggled to find an outfit I really loved until I met these fairy godmothers. They were so patient and kind and this helped me find a dress I loved and was comfortable in. They were so professional and down to earth and conversation flowed easy. It really helped that they listened to what I wanted rather than what they thought would look great. They are really flexible which is great if you work shifts.Can’t recommend them highly enough. They made my experience a positive one and for that I am forever grateful!

What can I say other than Lindsay was amazing, there was a big choice of dresses, I had no idea of what I wanted but Lindsay made it easy by getting me to pick 3 I liked, then picked one going of what I liked about my dress choices, the dress she picked was definately not what I would not have picked out looking at it on the hanger, as I would have said it was too girly for me, but wow, it was the one, I felt stunning and got so many compliments in it.Lindsay was brilliant at calming me, I was rather nervous and she knew this and knew exactly how to help, nothing was to much. We also got the bridemaid dresses and hired suits from here and everybody looked fab. I would highly recommend Anne Whittakers Lindsay is just fab.
