Shutters 'n' Blinds

I've had an incredibly disappointing experience with Ashvin's service. Over the past two years, I've faced issues with his responsiveness, as he failed to return my calls or messages regarding faulty blinds that are still under warranty. Despite acknowledging in person that the service provided was unsatisfactory, he now denies any wrongdoing.The problems started when the blinds I purchased were delivered well beyond the agreed-upon time. Subsequently, I experienced delays in the installation of blackout blinds, even after numerous follow-ups. A few months after the installation, I noticed threads coming out from the sides of the blackout blinds. Despite persistent requests, Ashvin only confirmed the fault after several months and assured me that he would order new blinds. However, it's been four months since that assurance, and now he denies everything, strangely blaming the panels of the blinds that he himself fitted.I usually avoid leaving negative comments, but I feel compelled to warn others. Having paid thousands of pounds, I'm still waiting for satisfactory results, and I hope others don't face similar disappointments.
