Sabeny for Kosher Online Groceries

These people are great! I left London six years ago and moved to beautiful Somerset. Only trouble is there is only a tiny Jewish community in my area and no where to buy cholla etc.I found these guys on line and gave them a go. Their Web site is easy to use, their service prompt and my order was complete.I am very happy to have found them and will definitely use them again in the future.

The perfect solution. Before I flew to London with my granddaughter I entered the Sabeny website and all the food we love was waiting for us in the hotel lobby, packaged, fresh and kosher. Many thanks to sabeny.

This is the first time we have used Sabeny as Covid restrictions made it impossible for us to go shopping for our Passover groceries. First class service from initial order through to delivery. We had queries as we were ordering which were handled very efficiently by telephone. The order has been delivered today. It was packed very well with perishables in freezer bags which also had cool blocks". Jars very well protected in shockproof wrapping. Highly recommended and would use them again."

This is my second order delivered today. I was very pleased that my order was on time, and everything arrived I ordered. The Delivery Driver was very polite and efficient.The frozen products were all kept well frozen with good packaging and ice blocks. I would prefer the larger ice blocks that Hello Fresh" use if possible

Unable to buy our favourite Rye Bread, bagles etc., since moving home, I was delighted to find Sabeny online and placed my first order on Thursday 15 December for delivery the following morning Friday 16th, but there was no delivery, nor was there any contact from Sabeny, or PDP, the delivery company. It transpired that due to strike action, PDP refused our order as they were not delivering to certain post codes, although this did not include our post code, yet no one from Sabeny on Thursday or Friday morning, or PDP thought to advise me of the situation, nor could I speak to anyone at Sabeny until Sunday to replace my order for delivery the following Tuesday. I will not be ordering from them again.

Have used Sabeny twice, so far. Very impressed with the service. Have returned following day with items that were not available at the time of my delivery. Quick and prompt answers given to any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Our latest delivery arrived a day late due to some shortage of stock. However the delivery arrived within 2 days anyway aas I had originally anticipated. Still a very good service for a member of a small provincial community.

After a long time I started to shop at Sabeny again. I general I like the WEB but wish to see better and clearer photos. The delivery was late by one day due to DPD but the goods arrived cold due to the good packing. Thank you for your services.

I have ordered for the first time this week from Sabeny. My order was given on Monday afternoon and arrived by DPD at 8.40 am on Wednesday. This service I would regard as excellent, the food was packed beautifully and the meat and chicken was of very good quality and extremely fresh. I will most certainly use this Company again. I have now ordered three times from Sabeny. It is great for me to be able to get Kosher produce without a long return trip to a shop. The service has been of the highest quality, even down to a call to check that all was OK when a delivery was disrupted.
