Always used and always been good. Ordered kids meals tonight 2 hours for 2 burgers. Chased several times and told on way. Kids gone to sleep as ridiculous wait

possibly one of the most inconsiderate examples of customer service - the manager was respectful and not in the shop at the time so i understand but i waited an hour food that they never prepared because they do not deliver to my area". no call no text no email and no return of money for four days i am now left starving for the night with no money to even order other food.lack of communication and considerationif possible wouldnt give a star never ordering from here again"

Had food from here previously which has been poor. Then tonight not even ordered and had the delivery driver banging on the door then banging on all my windows waking up my one year old and then stood there telling me I needed to pay an order which I hadn’t ordered and after 5 minutes arguing with me looked and realised he had the wrong address.Also, when I called and spoke to the manager there was no apology just ‘the driver is busy and he has to deliver.’ Then when they finally realised I hadn’t ordered just said ‘it’s one of them things’ customer service is a ZERO from this place. It was my go to but after tonight I’d advise anyone to use Genos.

AVOID GARLIC MUSHROOMS. Put 2 trays of garlic mushrooms in, not sealed, in a tin tray with cardboard lid. Then had the entire order sideways in car. Everything was covered in hot oily garlic mess, even the cans. Had to spend 15 minutes cleaning before we could eat. And they ended up tasting like utter dog food. Never again cha

Waited 1 hr 40 mins for delivery, came with no sauces & the salad was non-existent. I personally would not recommend at all if you're hungry. Np if you can wait a couple of hours and so hungry by then that you're not wanting salad or sauces.

Unfortunately we never got to eat it!! We ordered online for 6pm and it arrived at 4.45pm. I said to the driver we didn't want it yet but he said we had to have it as we had ordered it. I rang them up and even though I had confirmation by email that my order was for 6pm they said it didn't matter as it wasn't correct online. Apparently they've had a few like this but haven't sorted it. It went in the bin as no way was we warming a kebab etc an hour later. We are contacting our bank to sort a refund out. £26 down the drain.

Ordered a garlic bread 4 times now and it's been badly burnt each time not even edible. I've had enough now never going again will go 5 in 1 in future

always friendly and food always arrives early and super hot the pizza and kebabs are amazing and delivery driver is very pleasant

Great customer service. I'm a regular here since they opened 3 years ago always my first choice in longridge always.on 1time they say they will deliver never been to late. Food is top quality
