I was having a 4 day migraine and saw Mark. He massaged my back/neck and the migraine went away during the session. He also saw a link between the sympathetic nervous system and my dry mouth (not quenchable) which has helped in the investigation of my migraines. I no longer get a dry mouth.

Fully recommended. After just a couple of appointments I’m now back running pain free. I was also given Excellent advice on how to manage the injury and prevent future flare ups. Cheers Mark.

Mark Roe is an excellent physiotherapist. He sorted a long standing back problem out for me a few years ago and the person I trust to deal with all my little niggles due to over doing the sports and training. Been up there today and my shoulder injury feels much better already. I would definitely recommend him for any type of sports related injury.

I always go belt and braces, direct to Mark for any sports injury, problem or strain. One of the best around! You don't get to work with people like Zidane, Anthony Joshua or Deontay Wilder if you are anything less than excellent.

I’ve seen a lot of different physios in my time as a professional boxer but Mark is certainly the best.

I have very poor posture and hence I suffer from back and neck pain. I now visit Mark once a month (at my request) for top up treatment, to help keep painful spasms at bay. Everyone at the centre is very friendly and help put you at ease. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Never mind 5 stars it's a 10 from me.

Having treatment for a nagging shoulder pain with the lovely Sarah. She may only look small n dainty but dont b fooled lol she has some strong finger muscles to manipulate those knots! She is very thorough and you feel as if she is really getting to the underlying issues. She has time to discuss all your problems and understand the root cause of your injury or complaint. Well worth the visit even after one treatment I could tell she had made progress. Value for money and excellent professional service ..highly recommended.

I came to Sheffield Therapy Centre with a hip problem that had left me unable to walk for 8+ weeks. I had previously been passed from pillar to post by other healthcare professionals, who suggested that I should consider a hip replacement (at the age of 22). However, after the second session of treatment (by Lee) I was thrilled to be back on my feet again. Fantastic customer service, methodical treatment and even gave me follow-up exercises to continue after my treatment had finished. Would highly recommend.
