Setyres Worthing

Not worth any stars , as the standard of service I recieved was appalling, after numerous times going to and from to set tyres seeing the manager of this garage nothing was ever fixed or rectified or diagnosis ed I then chose to go to another garage to see if they could actually help me and get a professional service finally, and I am informed the jobs Set tyres assured me they have carried out on my vehicle had not been carried out whatsoever the staff / manager were more interested in smoking in the workshop having a laugh and ripping people off, I was even told if I paid cash it would be done quicker but saves giving correct receipts and invoices etc, I was told if I wanted a receipt of work carried out would be charged more after going to a professional garage who actually knew how to do there jobs who were obviously qualified even said that the work that this garage had carried out set tyres) was appalling I will be taking this further this is the worst garage I've ever been to customer service was disgusting

Fast service. Tracking sorted on the van for £32 within 5mins of arriving. Can't ask for more.

Needed a wheel alignment check and fix last minute on a Saturday. It was done quickly and with a voucher from their website was £27.

Steve and his team once again were 'Top Chaps' on solving my problems. I am always taking in my fleet of vans for tyres and they solve the problems for a competitive price. Highly recommend

Steve and his team done a fantastic job of identifying and resolving some reoccurring issues I've been having with my Scirocco. The turbo and accelerator sensor faults were a reoccurring theme despite forking out with another well respected garage in the area. 3 months down the line after Setyres carried out the works, everything is still running smoothly with no performance issues whatsoever. Very reasonable pricing, will be using for any future works needed.

Very pleased with their services. I went there yesterday for a flat tyre that needed to be checked and they quickly found out the faulty valve. They were kind and efficient, and I really recommend them.

Had to book in last minute, as I had a puncture and the tyres were due for changing anyway, was accepted to got a last minute appointment, which was very good, but as it was at the end of the day was made to feel like I was really putting them out! (There were 4 guys standing around, not exactly like they were rushed off their feet!)Anyway, price was reasonable and all 4 tyres changed within an hour, so left happy. Fast forward 1 day and one of my tyres blows out. Apparently according to the AA there were 2 cracks in the wheel, which would have caused a flat and doing motorway speeds, shredded my tyre!When I got home, I called Setyres and was just fobbed off as if it was 100% nothing to do with them! Obviously there was no crack in the alloy!!!! Must have happened after!!!It seems very coincidental that I had a flat on the same wheel only the day before!In my opinion if you want to roll the dice and get a cheap tyre slapped on, with zero customer service or satisfaction guarantee, then these are your guys!Personally I’d rather burn my cash next time!Cheers lads!
