The Telephone number is worse than useless, a seemingly endless series of recorded announcements with little prospect of resolving your issue.As a customer you ring the number because you want to speak to someone, the string of recorded messages simply says they don’t want to speak to you.

For 4 weeks the Tesco store in Newburt has had a leak in the ceiling above isle 16 with water conatantly dripping into nine seperate buckets. The buckets fill quickly and water pools on the floor. You mention it to one of the staff and they just look at you dumb. You would think a company this big would have fixed this immediately....but no..the sale of a few bottles of lemonade comes before public safety. Get a grip Tesco and fix this before a member of the public gets hurt.
