Worst Service ever used. Trying to get an email to respond to information regarding our account, was the most ridiculous experience. Spoke to 3 different departments, and when I pointed out the team that is suppose to help customers, does not have the head office email was confusing, I was then berated for pointing that out as Chris McCaffrey ( the person I was speaking to) was doing me that favor's of answering the phone because he was home sick? That sums up the quality of customer service you can expect to receive. I will encourage everyone I know to stay away from Arnold Clark, nothing but headache and poor, poor Customer care/ attention.

Bought a car from them. Huge mistake. Terrible customer service and very little synergy between departments means I have become my own warranty manager. I look forward to my first pay check. But until then, I’m stuck with a broken car.

Byer beware now seeking legal action .customer Service No response to major faults on car after purchase. Please take note of other reviews of recent of this nature as get over looked .

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!If you want a top class scrap car, highly recommended arnold clark. Bought a car for £10,000 to find out I was over charged by £3,500 even tho they are best price guarantee, which is utter lies, keep in mind, the car has NO service history either! Skip forward a few weeks after buying the car, the engine develops a major shake, the breaks squeak and the paint on the car is coming off with rust underneath it. Never known such a big company to only come with 60 days warranty but I guess that how long they can hide the faults for in their cars. Customer service is absolutely awful, u get better service at Karen's diner! This was my 1st and last car I will ever by from this scam of a company! Over charged, no manners and constant faults! Also don't pass my details on because they already know and do not care.

Still trying to get a £99 deposit back on a car they never had ready. I would not give them a dime, we’ve called and emailed many times. Even left a message for the Glasgow Fiat location - no response. Will have to fight through bank. Such a hassle and terrible experience.

Avoid at all costs . Sell a vehicle with 1y mot, to find out it’s not been re-mot’d for the year as discussed and no correspondence to say it’s overdue or the service was overdue …. If i could give zero stars i would. Head office complaints department are the most unprofessional people I've dealt with in this type of roll in any business. Laughing at customers down the phone, refusing to give their names and putting the phone down. Trying to tell me false information. This isnt something i would normally do but i will now go and escalate this higher than they could imagine. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! They have affected my credit score through total incompetence. Refuse to let you speak to anyone in a higher position. Absolute joke if anyone from this company would like to reach out feel free but this issue is going to go alot higher after the appauling service i have received.

I would leave no stars if it were an option,I reserved a car, and then the company sold it to someone else I have now been trying for a week to get a refund of the deposit I paid to which I cannot get anyone on the phone who will help with this issue. Absolutely appalling customer service. Been completely scammed.

Please don’t give them your details until unless you agree with the hard search on your credit file. It will damage your credit report very badly. I even expressly stated them that i am not consenting to hard search , to which they agreed was a lie. Don’t trust them on finance even someone recommends you , think twice
