The agents are really helpful until the fees are paid. If something goes wrong ie change of booking, flight, cabin etc, no one wants to help you. They play a delaying tactic until it’s too late and always blame the cruise line. Unless I’m mistaken you go through an agent so that the burden is taken off the client. This is not the case with Vision Cruise.Naturally things sometimes go wrong hence the role of the agent is to remove the stress from the client. Vision Cruise push the stress back onto the client. I have booked over 20 cruises and I will never ever book again with Vision Cruise

really helpful cruise specialist. Spent any hour refining what we wanted on a cruise, booking details etc and even found that having cruised with a particular company before my mother was eligible for a good reduction on given price. Very helpful staff and comfy environment to do the business in. Exceptionally pleased with our experience and booking.

Easily accessible in Waterloo by road and railway station 100yrds away. One to one if you pop in the staff will be helpful , customers forget this because Vision Cruise advertise a lot on freeview and online.

The booking was done OK but still waiting for the cruise lines's invoice. They told me they had one on Friday morning and would send. Now Sunday and email is not normally that slow.
