Excellent experience with the staff here.When I encountered an issue regarding a prescription, the staff responded promptly and went above and beyond to assist. A special thank you to the store manager who spoke with me and helped to resolve the issue that same day.

Poor service from the female staff. They omitted some meds from my batch and didn't bother to inform at the time. Realised when I got home and saw a slip packed away at the bottom. Telling me beforehand would've saved much time and travel. Dont recommend. Rather go to Byres road branch who are more attentive, friendly and polite unlike this team

Ordering online and having it delivered to my small local Boots is the best of both worlds. A wide range of products and many great offers to help my small budget and excellent friendly helpful service . Also building up points to put towards an occasional treat" is another bonus in your favour
