Tired, shocking, rude, does not know the law!!Yesterday morning, I had an appointment at Woodlands Davies... I arrived promptly for my 10am appointment, I was asked to take a seat. In March 2022 I sold a property to a couple, and the Woodland Davies partnership acted as their solicitor. In order for the couple to purchase our property we provided them with a £75000 loan secured on the property. I contacted Land registry and they replied today, that despite two further requests for further information, they had received no reply from Woodland Davies. A solicitor should respond in a timely manner, and this certainly has not happened. Through taking a risk in order to help out the purchasers we have been badly let down.
