Exemplary customer Service!I have an ancient Eberspacher D2 heater in my 36' sailboat that was giving me problems. After some clear guidance from a gentleman called Sam, I sent the heater in. It turned out, there wasn't anything wrong with the unit itself. Sam and his colleagues did some rigorous extra tests and and charged me a very reasonable fee for the advice to keep the unit and check my duct work.I never felt any pressure to purchase a new heater, but you can be sure that when I do buy a new one, I'll buy it from these guys.

Had trouble with our Eberspacher combi heater in our campervan, excellent service and communication from Charlie from initial contact through to finding and fixing an electrical fault, and answering all my idiotic questions

The heating packed up on our boat a Marex 280. I removed the heater unit with the intention of servicing it. I phoned Krueger to order a service kit. Quite frankly they couldn't have been more helpful. When I explained the problem they informed me that a service probably would not solve the fault. I decided to post my Eberspacher D4 off to them for a service and diagnosis. They bench tested my heater and quickly found the fault. They informed me how much it would cost to repair. The repair was carried out, the unit posted back to us and re fitted the on our boat. The heating is now working better than it ever has. Fantastic service from beginning to end.

Excellent Company. Took my self built campervan with an Eberspacher fault into these guys. Was made to feel extremely comfortable whilst they investigated the heater. Was offered copious amounts of tea or coffee whilst I waited for the repair and service. The Technician came an informed me at each step of the repair and service. He sussed the fault out within minutes and rectified. I asked to have the unit serviced as it had been fixed and was running. The technician advised me that the unit didn't really need a service but I requested one for my own piece of mind. No hard selling here. A very professional service and excellent customer service. The repair and service price was a lot cheaper than I was expecting. I will be coming here again and highly recommend them.

Sealine F37 Cruiser on Lake WindermereI have just had a D4L fitted with 5 outlets, silencers and the Easystart remote controller.I met the Krueger guys at the Southampton boat show and discussed my requirements and was impressed with their professionalism. After a couple of phone calls and emails with Sam it was arranged for them to travel to Windermere and install the system. Owen and Charlie arrived as planned and quickly started the installation. The job was completed on time and they explained how the system worked and where the components were located, ending with downloading the App and a full demonstration.From start to finish their workmanship was superb.I am more than happy with Krueger's service and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

After searching for ages for a reputable company that I'd feel comfortable fitting an Eber heater in my van, I heard about Krueger.From the first call to Sam, the quote and the installation by Charlie they were nothing but brilliant and so so professional. If only others were like this. Thanks, and I now have a super cosy van!

I cannot praise Sam and the guys at Krueger enough. The heating on my narrowboat failed, and he was absolutely outstanding from the moment I spoke to him initially, to the untit being repaired and returned. He even took the time ( I am a technical numpty) to talk me through how to remove the equipment from the engine bay, and reinstall it. Customer service at its very best. Thank you Sam:)

These guys are brilliant. Both Sam and Charlie couldn’t be more helpful, knowledgeable and interested in helping us resolve some heating issues with our motorhome. The service from Krueger has been outstanding. They have resolved issue that neither the Danish Vendor (Eberspacher DK), nor other service engineers were able to resolve. Krueger is a first class company and their engineers are excellent. They have just completed the installation of an Eberspacher heater in our boat. The job was done on time and on budget and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the work.
