Lovely service & good food. Although I’m not vegetarian I always get the halloumi & mushroom pitta with pineapple. It is delicious!

Don’t really get the Nando’s hype! Certainly nothing cheeky about a £50 bill either! Adam who served us was absolutely fantastic and the only reason I gave a 4 star. Starter of halloumi fries were luke warm and possibly the soggiest I’ve ever had unfortunately. Chicken was okay but certainly doesn’t live up to the reputation I was expecting. Wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again I’m afraid

Staff are so lazy and walk as though they have all the time in the world. There were so much food on the hot plates to be served out to customers, screen showed a good 10 orders in green ready to go out but the waitresses were not taking out to the customers. Instead they walked around. Food served to the table next to us were brought out but there was 3 family members sat for a good ten minutes before the rest of the food came out to them. Families come out to eat together and enjoy these meals not to watch each other eat. Luckily ours were served together. Come on Nando’s I appreciate staff possibly are new however training needs to be brushed up a little and not leave them to their own devices.

For a Nandos chain restaurant to stand out it needs that special something as they are all basically generic copies of each other. For this restaurant it is the staff and speed of service!I have visited this location many times and all bar one occasion the food speed from order to table has been super fast.Regular stuff you'd expect here, bottomless drinks, selection of sausages etc.Also Nandos have recently updated their sauce bottle labels. I would highly recommend the very, very hot sauce.its hot and flavoursome at the same time.

I went with my family today and the service and atmosphere was absolutely amazing, 10/10 service. The manager ‘maisy’ went above and beyond for me and my family. We had 3 staff members waiting on us tonight with excellent service.

If you love grilled chicken as much as I do, then make your way down to Nando’s in Cardigan fields. Usually nice and quiet environment with attentive staff. Ordered the hottest half chicken extra grilled and chips and they did not fail. There was 5 of us and the food came out at the same time. Great service

I recently had a minor issue during my visit to this branch, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how the manager, Adam, handled the situation. Their exceptional customer service skills transformed a potential negative experience into a memorable and positive one. What truly impressed me was how Adam managed to turn a negative experience into an opportunity to exceed my expectations. As a gesture of goodwill, he issued a refund and provided complimentary drinks, showcasing their determination to ensure I left with a positive impression of the establishment. Throughout the entire process, Adam displayed strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a genuine desire to create a positive experience for their customers. Their professionalism and commitment to resolving issues are qualities that deserve recognition. I am delighted with the outcome, and I look forward to returning in the future, knowing that I will be in the capable hands of a manager who truly cares about their customers’ satisfaction.
