Very unprofessional..when it comes to selling a car they are all in..when it comes to returning a car that has issues the service stops at that point. Returned the car Saturday wasn't told they couldn't refund on Saturday otherwise I would have brought it Friday or monday. I have to chase myself on monday 3x calls already still haven't received my money. 21K car.

The finance department is not competent enough to refund money. Been 3 working days now. Avoid at all cost.The sales man Jerry promised me a checked over car but it wasn't. BMW 7 series with 83k miles.Air suspension failed on multiple corners. The water pump was leaking. Both new front tyres had bubbles on the side wall. And after exactly 3 months of owning the car drivetrain problem. And manager still asking me to give them a chance to repair it. Already made 4 trips to BMW and 1 trip to Arnold Clark garage. What more do you want me to do. Live at the garage?I should be getting compensation for what they have put me through.

The Car firm are quick enough to take your money, but that’s were it ends the cars are not serviced before you collect. I had nothing but problems. I returned the car but still didn't get my refund.

Couldn’t of been more helpful to a learner driver, I was consulted by Max and was able to pick up my new car by the very next day as he was patience and keen on putting his useful input in such as deposit price and colour varieties of the car too. I also was attended to by a lady named Sophie who showed me all the controls & buttons on my new car and was happy to answer all my questions. All and all the staff were extremely friendly and would highly recommend this show room to anyone in search for a new car !
