Not even a 1 star service absolutely unprofessional, they confirm important bookings and then don't show up.Booked a wheelchair taxi for a very important journey confirmed by managing director Anthony Roe and then on the day the taxi just didn't show up and he ignored our phone calls.A wheelchair taxi needs to be booked in advance so the whole day was ruined but the so called managing director Anthony Roe obviously doesn't care!If you want an honest, reliable & professional service avoid 1st class cars!

We hired a white limo for a wedding day on 1/11/2014 and the service was excellent.He arrived on time, was very polite and helpful throughout. Never rushed us even though we ran over our time slightly and even delivered our flower girls flowers that they left behind in the limo. He positioned the limo for us for photographs during the day and even took a photo for us when he first arrived.I would highly recommend this company for any occasion that you may have and im even keeping them in mind for any occasions that may arise myself.Thank you for making our wedding day even better.

Recently used the company's limo service for a trip to Wembley with Friends, and once again the service was (as the company names suggested it would be) 1ST CLASS. This is the second time that we have used 1st Class Cars (with a 3rd coming up soon) and I would not hesitate to use them time and time again and persuade others to do the same.Vehicles are spotlessly clean, drivers are professional and courteous, prices are very reasonable, and the whole experience of using this company is an enjoyable one.

My daughter booked and prepaid for collection and drop to a function at Highclere castle never showed up and don’t answer the phone it was booked through Anthony.We are in contact with Reading Council and will continue to post here until the money paid is refunded in full

Booked a limo and luxury Merc to take various guests to my sons 21st Birthday bash at Danesfield House, Marlow from two different locations (High Wycombe and Berkshire). Booking process was easy and everyone I dealt with was professional in every way. The prices were cheaper than other companies but the service given was second to none. Both vehicles arrived early for pick up and collection and both drivers were extremely helpful. Would use this company again if I needed any luxury vehicles. Thank you guys for making my sons birthday a memorable one.

We supplied part to this company after severall photos to accept it was the right part for their car, once delivered they realised it was wrong after severall pictures and wanted to sent back when they knew it was their mistake, so they came down and returned item back for a refund, this company likes to agree things from before hand and not checking the pictures carefullyVERY VERY RUDE people do not deal with the Very bad attitude wouldnever deal with them again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow what a fantastic day my granddaughter and her friends had last Saturday 27th jan.they went to the 02 academey Brixton.they were picked up promptly by a real gentleman who put my mind at ease,told me not to worry he would take great care of them.which he certainly did from the time he collected them to the time he dropped them off home. the limo inside was decorated with birthday banners and music playing.my granddaughter loved every minute of the limo.i just want to say a big thank you for making her day.look forward to using them again.
