Fantastic to deal with, initially disappointed with Perrys Worksop, despite having cars from there in past, Malc in commercial said that they no longer deliver nationwide and tread on other Perrys dealers toes.Found the van I wanted at Milton Keynes, spoke to Jason in commercials, fantastic help, could not do enough to help and vehicle delivered in pristine condition.Jodie in Finance also a great help. Jason and Jodie along with driver Simon were all fantastic and turned a poor start to a new vehicle into great service and end result

We reserved a Kia EV6 today with Perrys Milton Keynes. We saw the car advertise on their own website and auto trader and car wow for the same price. We paid a reservation fee and was told car would be ready for inspection on tue. Later in the day we were called to say the price listed was an error and actually the car advertised was about £7k more! What false advertising! Please beware if using this dealership. We are still awaiting the refund of our reservation fee!

We have been so pleased with our experience at Peugeot from start to finish, everything has been taken care of with dedication and professionalism throughout. James has guided us through the process of ordering our new car and kept in regular contact, as promised, from start to finish which made a very stressful time much easier. I had my electric Peugeot 2008 in for a recall checkup at Perry's in Milton Keynes on the 5th of October 2023.I had already been told that it would be a fairly lengthy affair, so it would take about half a working day.Hence, I had brought my laptop and some paperwork hoping, that whilst waiting, I might be able to find a chair where I could sit down whilst working.I asked a member of staff if they had a chair available that I could use. With great kindness and willingness to serve me, the member of staff immediately showed me, not only a chair, but a real comfortable office chair and a big office desk that I could use. One of the staff members was on holiday, so it was all available. I was shown where I could supply myself with drinks and snacks, and I had a few coffees during the day, all for free.The staff members with whom I had a chat now and then were really kind.I will give Perry's in Milton Keynes 5 stars out of 5. Bought the Ford Van from Kevin 5 months ago and we could just manage to get our second key today after chasing him up for 5 months . Make sure if you deal with Kevin who is the Van salesman, get all you need at the first day before you pay for your vehicle otherwise you must chase him up for months and months even must to turn up there to be able to speak to him because he won't even talk or answer you over the phone .

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and was very pleased with the service and advice provided. When the car was initially purchased I was informed that there would be a wait because of the world wide chip shortage. The sales agent called me very regularly in the period between sale and delivery and this was both reassuring and helpful.Once the car was delivered the dealership were very helpful in explaining the features of the vehicle and also met all of the commitments they had n=made to me at the time of purchase.The staff are very pleasant to deal with and very proactive without being aggressive.All in all dealing with Perry's has been a very positive experience.

I sold my car to this branch through Motorway, I specifically dealt with Kevin the sales manager and my god what an arrogant and condescending individual - to which I did tell him on the phone. He spoke down to both myself and the driver who was collecting my car as though we were half’s wits, whilst he was trying to haggle me down may I add. He might be different when he’s taking your money though as opposed to paying you!As for trying to get the money out of them, my car was collected at around midday and I wasn’t paid until almost 5pm which meant what, the driver whose been sent to collect my car was meant to wait 5 hours on my drive until they paid me?! They knew the driver was waiting. I felt sorry for the bloke and took the risk (more fool me) and said he could leave in good faith I was paid by Perrys but after chasing them up they did pay me. They did say if the sale was before midday payment would be processed between 2pm-9pm but what sort of rule is that?! I takes minutes to transfer money across via a bank transfer.Honestly don’t bother dealing with Kevin and his team if you’re selling your car via a middleman like Motorway. Rude, rude, rude. I don’t wish to ever have any dealings with Perrys again, now that I have my money, thanks!
