Went in for a samsung galazy A32 screen protector, paid £10, was handed an A12 one, questioned it and he said there all the same so it dosent matter. Having already paid left to find it was too small.

I brought my daughters iPad for cracked screen and he fixed it for £80 but returned it because the touch screen was not working. Then when I took it back charged me another £35. I went back to day because the screen started glitching. He told me I had to pay extra or get a discount for one of his iPads. I can’t spend over a £100 in two weeks and more for something that could be fixed. It’s a lot of money for me because I feel like I just flushed my money down Greg toilet. If he couldn’t fix it properly he should have told me and I would have took it somewhere else. I’m not happy at all AT ALL

I had a screen replacement for my Samsung Galaxy A51 and it took a little longer than said and the fingerprint access no longer works but apart from that, the phone works great and the staff were really friendly :) would definitely recommend

Got a screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy s8 and I was told it was full glue but if was not and when I went home the screen protector fell off because it does not stick on I need to use sellotape to keep it on the screen. Not going back there again they would not refund but they would replace it there is no point because it will only fall off again.

Avoid at all costs! Took my phone in for rear glass replacement over the cameras. Not only did they leave smashed glass underneath the replacement glass, but finger prints under the glass also, i refused to pay. This ment the camera on a £1000 phone were now blurred and useless. Upon replacing the glass again via another method the reason for the finger prints was why the camera was blurred, they destroyed the lenses by over heating whilst using the heat gun. Absolute useless!
