Cobbs Cafe
Stopped off for some breakfast rolls, plenty of bacon on, nice soft bread and good runny eggs. 10/10. Good price for the quality of food (£4.50). Fast service even when there was a queue out of the door. Lovely staff- seemed to work great together when under pressure from how busy it got. The blonde lady that works there was constantly on the move and very efficient. 10/10 visit, service, food and staff.

Really friendly staff. We had a piece of carrot cake, scone and coffee.Unfortunately none was particularly good. The cake was rather bland and tasted of ginger. The scone did not seem fresh (despite the sign) and the coffee was ok.

One of the best meals we have had in Scotland so far. The bread and the scones were exceptional and very fresh. Highly recommend it! Super friendly staff and fast service :)

We got the special of the day which was a chicken quesadilla and were blown away by how good it was. This was honestly one of the best Mexican like dishes we have had in the UK. I hope they keep it on the menu but I would imagine their other food is good as well if they don't.

Stopped in for a wee bite to eat on our travels, safe to say if I ever pass through this beautiful wee town again I will most definitely be stopping back in here.French toast with maple syrup and bacon was to die for, and the bacon and egg roll was amazing!The staff were also so nice and friendly!!

Enjoyed sitting in this cute lil cafe during our tour to Scottish highlands. The decor is so cute. However,Ordered 2 earl grey teas and millionaires cake/pastry . The tea was presented in a kettle one tea bag in each with 2 cups quantity of water, no taste. The cake/pastry was rock solid nothing outstanding …. Disappointing

Food is, in a price/quality relation, not good - but I guess that's because Fort Augustus is a bit of a tourist trap and there's not much to choose from.Nevertheless, if I were to choose again, I would go to some other place. After ordering two dishes and two cokes, went into the line for the toilet, and out of a line of 7 people for the toilet (there's only one toilet and so people are desperate) the waiter (or owner? I don't know) asked me bluntly, and only me, if I were a customer. Fortunately she accepted the short answer I (incredulous at the lack of courtesy) gave, otherwise I would have asked to return the food and drinks and have my 24 pounds back.I understand that they want to make sure only customers can access the toilet. But then make sure to create a system where indeed only clients can access it, instead of humiliating a client that has just bought your products and is waiting to be served.

Enjoyed a Scottish breakfast and some French toast. The Breakfast was 10 out of 10 ..... French Toast only a 5 out of 10 - (bit too soft and not enough syrup or bacon for my liking)Staff were lovely and friendly.They also had a great selection of freshly made cakes, slices and pastries on offer at the counter -The Mars Slice is delicious.

Great place for a quick snack, treat or a drink in lovely location in Fort Augustus. Brilliant choice of cakes, sandwiches, paninis at reasonable prices. Despite the rush hours and long queue I was served pretty quickly and I didn't have to wait long for my panini (eating in). Very friendly, professional staff. The panini was served in nice looking way, very delicious.
