It's good chip but staff need to be more friendly the one who served that day she was lovely if you need everything go there

B&M is now my go-to stockist of bird food, since the closure of a well known competitor. By way of a bonus, this store is located in the town centre.Furthermore, there are many popular brands of foodstuff, often at very competitive rates.

A little chaotic. Staff helpful, friendly, and kind to my assistance dog. I had forgotten to bring poo bags with me, great for a quick purchase

B&M store in syston is typical of this type of store, most things are cheaper or of similar price to many other stores. I like this shop as it's small enough to get around in 10 minutes or so, it has a great range of products and even though it isn't that big it is my first port of call for so many items!.

Some very good bargains and the items have good variety. Staff is usually very good with some exceptions. A person came to me and denied me the purchase of cutlery because my hands were full and my son was carrying them for me to the till. I still cannot believe that he made such an argument. Something about the law and knives and no matter how much I explained to him how my son was helping me, he was having none of it. Besides that really awful experience though I have had good experience. Hence the 3 stars.

For a discount shop, it's actually very well stocked. You can find almost anything in here. My big concern is how it's organized. For example, having electronics next to food products is not very appealing. But overall, nice variety in a very good location, right in the middle of city centre. Staff are friendly and always up for assisting. Would recommend checking it out for some good deals.

I'm only giving 2 stars now as i do like the shop and the goodmans hoover is great. But a couple years back i bought a faulty microwave (the food didnt always heat up) took it back the next day for a refund or replacement but the indian/asian lady flat out refused?! I still have that same microwave in my kitchen now. It does look nice and does work sometimes lol

B&M store HAYMARKET - Customer service is disappointing. Specifically employee SAGE, VERY rude behaviour towards customers and doesn't deal with customers fairly. Would not hurt to be patient and helpful as it is your job to do so.

I love this place..I don't know why but I love going to their store. It's a we'll stacked store where you can find things easily

(Staff are disrespectful and unprofessional )I bought nail polish remover cotton pads, andWhen i reached at the till every thing was going smoothly but as soon they saw my two daughter’s (who both wear hijabs)  joining me the till lady started getting funny and asked me  “ARE YOU PAYING FOR THIS “ in an aggressive tone.I said yes i am paying for this and then she looked at the nail polish remover cotton pads and asked the other staff lady on the other cashpoint if this product needs ID check. The lady at the other cashpoint said yes and she didn’t even ask me yet she asked my daughter for an ID. This was ridiculous since i was paying for the products and i’m the parent, why is she asking my daughter for an ID.Nonetheless, my daughter is 19 and said shes happy to show her ID. Then the lady looked at my other daughter and said “I also need your ID” and obviously my other daughter is 13 year old so she wouldnt have ID. But again why is she asking my daughters when i am present and the parent.Then my 19 year old daughter questioned, why is she asking everyone for ID since only the person who’s paying needs to show ID.The lady said “its a policy and i don't wanna get fired and i cant help you.”This is ridiculous and racist because of my daughters wearing a scarf (hijab) she was making up her own rules and asking unnecessary questions such as “you look the same, so i need to see both your IDs” when infact both my daughter has a 6 year age gap so you can clearly tell whos the adult and the child.The lady created this commotion and still was speaking in an aggressive tone and i was ready to speak to the manager but i was in a rush to leave for personal reasons.Therefore, i am writing this review to let the everyone aware of their disrespectful and unprofessional staffs. I was offended with this matter because it was childish and i will no longer want to shop here if they keep disrespecting me and my daughters like that.Thank you
