Ordered uniform online more than 6 weeks ago. as they are recommended by the school. Not shipping yet, no response to emails, not picking up calls. Their recorded voice says 12 working shipping time, it has been 2-3x more than that now. Buy from supermarkets or elsewhere.

Nothing but problems from this shop just about every time I go in.Latest visit, school trousers that weren't the correct size, 2 trousers both labelled the same size but were clearly different sizes. The last time paid by card and they took the payment twice. Tortuous trying to get my refund. Always seems to be an issue that needs sorted before we get the goods we need.Shop has very poor lighting so not ideal to even view goods properly, it has the feel of a warehouse with no windows. AND ridiculously expensive for everything. A £16 scientific calculator that you can buy in Sainsbury's for HALF the price. It's a racket.Obviously forced to go there because of the school uniform logo but I wouldn't out of choice.The staff are very good though. I feel for them.

Excellent service! Have visited on 3 seperate occasions to purchase uniform for my 4 year old son who started at Queen's Drive this year. Each time I was treated with courtesy and respect, by a very helpful team. Even during the busy period in the summer i didn't have to wait longer than 5 mins. They had most of the items in stock and the items that needed ordering came at the right time and were ready ro collect in store. Not only that, the fit was great! My son is the average size for a normal 4 year old - so we didn't have any issues. Very very happy with the service, will be going back next year!!

Ordered several items of school uniform, 2 items of which were incorrect when received. I had to pay almost £5 in postage (signed for postage recommended) for these 2 items to be returned and exchanged for the correct items. No refund nor apology was offered. I object to paying for Total Clothings mistake however I cannot see any contact details to make a complaint.

Staff doesn’t bother to help to much. I bearly succed to order a jumper for my son, because they were so busy, talking eachother and walking arowend the shop for no reason. Came a cardigan insted. I wanted to change the order but staff didn’t care to much, bearly open his mought to talk with me, he just wanted me to leave so he can spend more time on his phone!
