Liz was so lovely and professional.I had picked my dress 2 years ago from another bridal shop but unfortunately we ended up postponing our wedding due to Covid. I was unsure about my dress when trying it on again for the first time in ages as I have changed shape in this time, however Liz has been able to alter it to fit perfectly and now I am in love with the dress all over again.Thank you Liz!!

I got married last summer and I had found my dream dress in France. Due to Covid I was not able to go back to France to try and order the dress. I looked online and saw that Elizabeth was selling the exact same dress. I was so happy. She made all the efforts necessary to make the dress perfectly fit my body shape by doing alterations to the length, front, under arms and even change the back of the dress so that I could wear a bra. I first contacted Liz because there were two Rembo dresses that I wanted to look at and luckily she had them both in stock.My mum and I went along and she had all the time to allow me to try on multiple dresses again and again.The dress I loved wasn't quite perfect - it had a very low V which I wasn't comfortable with. Liz was super helpful and knowledgeable and with a piece of lace mocked up how the neckline could be amended - which was perfect!I felt super confident in her abilities and skills to be able to create a new neckline for this year. She has so much experience, not to mention knowledge of Rembo and Marylise dresses.Liz ordered spare lace and trim and nailed the alterations to my dress. You would not have known that it was not part of the dress originally. Fortunately not much else needed doing, other than a small hem adjustment which she so swiftly did at my final appointment while I waited.I went to a couple of other dress shops and found that at each one, they advised that major adjustments (such as necklines changing, sleeves adding etc) can be done but they would be sent away to 'their seamstress'. With Liz, it is so reassuring to know that at your appointments, you are discussing any changes with the person who is actually doing the alterations.

Liz did an amazing job of altering my wedding dress. I brought a beautiful Marylise dress from her collection which was 3 sizes too big for me. She then tailored it down to fit me. Throughout she was professional and helpful. She is an extremely talented seamstress. By the end my dress fit perfectly and I would not have been happier.

Liz did an excellent job in altering my dress. Due to Covid 'lockdowns' and not being able to access shops etc I brought a sample dress from Ivory and Co in Nov 2020 for our wedding in March 2021, which due to more lockdowns moved to August. As soon as lockdown rules were reduced I visited Liz to have the dress altered, she was brilliant - being able to alter the bodice so it fitted me again, the length, taking some of the train out so the dress suited out outdoor venue, she even put tiny little poppers on the dress to attach the jacket. I'd whole heartedly recommend her! Thank you Liz!

I was having trouble finding a bridal shop that stocked the specific Rembo Styling dress that I wanted for my wedding. Liz managed to order it for me to try at her beautiful private studio and after meeting her I had no doubt that she was going to do a fantastic job altering the dress.Being highly skilled, organised and easy to communicate with, she made the whole experience a joy. She even supplied the perfect veil to complete my outfit and I received so many compliments. You can't go wrong using her services.

Elisabeth is very professional and flexible for my needs. I ended up asking Elizabeth to tailor 2 Mother of the Bride dresses in order that they fitted me perfectly! One dress had corsetry and therefore was a challenge to make the upper part of the dress smaller for me.....it was perfect after the changes Elizabeth made.I would highly recommend Elizabeth for bespoke tailoring.

Liz was and is absolutely FANTASTIC! So knowledgeable of Rembo/Marylise gowns.Liz was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her private studio is just gorgeous and she is so very talented. She worked her magic and made my wedding dress fit perfectly, (even with last minute changes/ requests by me ) She was so kind and caring which made my whole wedding dress experience all that extra special You really did go above and beyond Liz , Thank you x

I came to Liz because she had an amazing selection of Rembo Styling and Marylise dresses and they were just the sort of thing I was looking for. At my first appointment, Liz took me through lots of different dresses whilst also telling me how they could be altered both in size and style to make it perfect for me.I found a sale dress which I absolutely loved, but it was a size 14 (I am usually a size 8 or 10, so it required a lot of alterations!). I had another three fittings with Liz so we could get it perfect and she adjusted lots of different parts of the dress to keep the style and shape, whilst also taking it down 2 1/2 dress sizes.Liz is extremely skilful and knowledgable and I would highly recommend her services!Thank you for helping find and create my perfect dress. I felt amazing in it on my wedding day!

I found the wedding dress of my dreams - a vintage 70s dress with a lovely lace train, but sadly it didn't quite fit. Liz was great, made all the alterations as well as some changes to the sleeves and back of the dress that made it entirely unique and more beautiful. She was very accommodating and prompt.
