Avoid Avoid Avoid.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Charge for stuff that they cannot provide invoices for. They have been the worse management company, extremely incompetent, inefficient, and failed to repaired anything correctly. Most important their accounting records are always wrong. They will sell something cheap, but you will be left with a massive bill once you leave them for areas they failed to maintain.Where to begin about this company. My advice is DO NOT use them for Block Management. They abuse their position and attempt to make everything seem very cheap, when in fact they do not notify the shareholders of any repairs that is needed.They failed to notify shareholders in relation to major health and safety concerns in respect of the fire alarm system.They arranged to have the telephone line in lift disconnected and failed to notify shareholders of health and safety concerns with the lift which they were aware of and did not pass on to shareholders due to costs of repairs.There accounting procedures are awful. They did not allow for any contingency fund whatsoever!! They have not provided invoices for works that they say has been undertaken.They have not returned a response to three emails and 2 text messages. They took a phone by surprise and couldn't get off the phone quick enough. In the process of getting the police involved due to abuse of process and what appears fraudulent activity on the company accounts from when this company managed the accounts. I have asked for invoices and they have failed to provided them.Disappointing to have use this as forum, however, Trevor has failed to response to any of my emails using the excuse he hasn't got them.

Terrible company to deal with! They did not carry out the required safety checks to ensure Insurance was valid for Block Management,.Avoid this company, they will start of with a great promises but fail to live up to any expectations. Chose another company if your thinking of appointing this Management Company for your development!

Apartment was a state when we moved in with human mucus on the walls and grease everywhere. Trevor was rude from the get go. I wish we read the reviews before taking the apartment.

Incompetent and generally useless. Not professional in the slightest, dodged phonecalls when answers were needed. Replacement boiler required and nothing was done to replace it until 1 month before the end of the tenancy (the one we had was deemed unsafe 1 year prior by an engineer and nothing had been done to replace it) Overcharged for anything he could £135 to clean the grouting in a shower and replace three lightbulbs. Trevor is what some would call a cowboy...Edit: In response to your reply the apartment was left spotless. We have since been in contact with the new tenannt who had sent us pictures of the condition of the flat on move in day. We know you didnt send in cleaners to clear the place (because there was no mess to be cleaned) and the grouting was in the exact same condition. As for the replacement boiler it really needed to be changed in november and it was replaced in june i dont see how you can use the pandemic as an excuse considering it began after february. As for the bed you had dismantled it and sent us a picture of the mess in response to my intial review here!! This was another ploy to add additional charges and make a point. Trevor was my estate agent/ landlord for over 4 years. In that time we had a number of small issues arise and Trevor and the team at TLT always got it sorted in speedy time. Having rented with other agencies in the past who were terrible. communication was always fast and Trevor was always willing to help accommodate us with our tenancy arrangements. I can’t recommend them enough.

Previous tenant at 40 Joy Street.Throughout the tenancy, landlord was incredibly difficult to get in contact with. Small issues normally took weeks/months to deal with. Some never were leading us to just deal with them.House was in a disgusting state when we moved in and we were assured it had been professionally cleaned"Upon leaving the house we had left it absolutely immaculate and were told we should have have issue getting our money back. As soon as we left and were no longer gace to face The landlord tried everything in his power to get some of our deposit.Lied about things we had "left there" tried to catch us out via the inventory which was proved wrong. Made false claims that they had paid an outside agency to remove waste but were unable to provide evidence when a case was made.We won the case in the end as it was clear the landlord was a thief and a liar.I'm only upset that there is nothing more i can do except leave a review as I don't think anyone should be allowed to do this. Especially to younger tenants or students who might be more susceptible to it.My advise to anyone unfortunate enough to deal with this company is to take pictures of everything. Have evidence ready for the end of tenancy because no matter what they will try to fleece you of something."

Trevor is a legend. Lovely to deal with as a first home buyer. He is very approachable and have been very helpful with anything we've needed. Absolutely 5 star!

The team at TLT have been great during my 3.5 years tenancy. Very prompt on dealing with any minor issues that occurred and definitely the best agency I’ve dealt with.
